Take it from me: I spent 28 years in the mainstream newspaper industry and the Poynter Institute was considered the Holy Grail of journalistic training. I can tell you from experience that at least 99 percent of working professional journalists live in a delusionary environment of their own making that clouds their thinking on almost every issue out there.
The excellent article by Chris Wright below is just one example of how journalists get brainwashed (in this case by the Poynter Institute) and don’t even know it, then spread their poisonous indoctrination on to their readers and viewers. And one of the most common ways in which they show their bias is through errors of omission — they ignore or downplay the most truthful, relevant news while playing up and sensationalizing the stories that fit their narrative or are simply sensational enough to distract their audience away from the really important news.

Don’t believe everything you read. Major media outlets have been caught over the years taking money to print propaganda and slant stories a certain way. Among the paymasters are the Chinese Communist Party, left-wing foundations, super-rich Leftist George Soros, and the U.S. government.
The U.S. government has paid journalists to shill for Obamacare, green jobs, and, most recently, COVID vaccines. Now comes news the Biden administration paid the left-wing Poynter Institute another $23,500 to train journalists how to create supposedly “balanced and bias-free” journalism. Or at least that’s the cover story. The U.S. Agency for Global Media has previously paid Poynter for such training in the past. In addition, the State Department has paid Poynter $360,000 over the years for this training.
Poynter is funded by big Democrat donors like George Soros and Bill Gates. They get their money’s worth. Poynter started a “blacklist” of conservative news outlets it deemed “unreliable”. Poynter was forced to retract the list after fierce criticism. Poynter runs PolitiFact, the supposed fact-checking site that routinely attacks Republicans and conservatives. It has had to retract numerous fact-checks, including one that called the now widely accepted lab leak coronavirus origin theory “ridiculous”. So don’t believe everything you read in PolitiFact, either.
Poynter has urged social media platforms to censor what it deems to be ‘misinformation’. It parlayed that campaign into a $13.2 million grant from Google to Poynter’s International Fact-Checking Network to help fight so-called “misinformation”. There’s also PolitiFact’s arrangement to censor information on Facebook.
All of this is uncomfortably close to the wide-ranging government censorship exercise – carried on with social media and left-wing advocacy group partners – now documented in multiple releases of the Twitter files and in the ongoing case Missouri and Louisiana brought against the Biden administration for censorship. You can be assured whenever any of these people talk about ‘misinformation’, what they’re really talking about is their desire to censor all views they don’t like and to vanquish their political enemies.
The Poynter Institute is not the only journalistic enterprise shown in recent days to be pushing its political views. To push the transgender narrative, NPR ridiculously claimed there is “limited scientific evidence” that men have a “physical advantage” over women in sports. But biological transgender males have been trouncing real women in swimming, cycling, weight lifting, and track & field, and everybody knows it. Moreover, females are getting hurt going up against males. This injustice will not stand forever, NPR’s political views notwithstanding.
Untrustworthy mainstream media outlets have been so bad on other stories recently, they have been forced to issue retractions. NPR wrongly reported Joe Biden’s son Beau died from injuries received in the military. The New York Times and Rolling Stone – also left-wing outlets like NPR – issued corrections to stories they ran about FBI whistleblowers. The Washington Post has issued a number of retractions recently, including the use of the terms ‘debunk’ and ‘conspiracy theory’ in a story criticizing Senator Tom Cotton for repeating the COVID lab leak theory, a theory now found credible by the Energy Department and the FBI. MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell had to admit she was less than precise when she claimed Ron DeSantis didn’t want slavery taught in schools.
These people are so invested in getting their political enemies, they cut corners and misrepresent the facts. Unfortunately, the media has been trending this way for years. CNN kept running stories for two and a half years about the Trump/Russia collusion hoax when it knew there was nothing there. And don’t forget Dan Rather, the CBS news anchor who was forced to resign in disgrace after running fake news about George W. Bush’s Air National Guard service. Left-wing partisan hacks, all. Just like Google News which skews its news curation to favor left-wing outlets, a recent study showed.
American journalism has gone from claiming it is objective, to admitting its liberal bias, to conspiring with leftist-controlled government agencies and left-wing billionaires to weaponize its coverage and wage jihad against its political enemies. Welcome to fascism, the combination of Big Government and Big Business. If you still believe anything they write, all I can say is, ‘there’s a sucker born every minute.’

Most of them have been given Pulitzer Prizes for “distinguished commentary.” Their work appears in hundreds of American publications. They command huge salaries and they appear on most of the television news programs. Their books invariably enjoy instant access to publicity and become bestsellers. They are the made men of the media mafia. And they are all “owned,” as the late William Colby once admitted.
What sets the group apart from the average STR writer of independent mind is a tight-knit togetherness that allows no real discourse or original thought. Rarely do we read an insightful observation or uncomfortable comment (the news publishers, editors and TV producers see to that). Each is a master of disinformation—distinguished commentary—that passes for learned dialogue in the mainstream media.
I now know why most people prefer to read their newspapers in the toilet and I can not blame them..
Thanks for exposing the obvious Leo – surprise, surprise, as if we didn’t know the mainstream media was FOS some twenty years ago and an arm of the establishment to propagate their official beliefs. No, it is no different in concept from Pravda in the old Soviet Union, but the difference in the West in sophistication and degree, as seen with the amount of money and number of Fockingbird government agents poured into the Western media to propagate one lie after another. We know we have fake everything today dished out to us, even fake money and fake food. We are used to a steady diet of fake news, fake science and fake perils, but the propagation of such we have to believe is “necessary” to sustain the fake beliefs for their fake sustainability goals, all designed to put us in boxes made out of virtual reality until they can do the real thing and make most of us disappear.
So, in order to know what is really going on and what next they are going to do to us, we have to dig for the truth and use our wits. When NWO harbinger and agent provocateur for the Rothschild dynasty, Henry Kissinger, stated, “It is not a matter of what is true that counts, but a matter of what is perceived to be true.”, he was giving the green light not only to pouring hundreds of billions and more agents into the fake-stream media, but also into the budding perception-management and and psyop industries, in order to control what we believe. Man-made CO2 global warming is just one example of one of their most successful psyops.
Also, we ought to know how a with VFX (visual effects) in the film industries, which has always had very strong ties to the arch nation milkers of all times, they pulled off not only the fake moon landings, but based on that success, the executed the 9/11 psyop where they started using special effects to actually kill innocent people. To this day well over 50% of the Americans I speak to still “believe” the moon landings were real, despite all of fake film evidence and even admissions by officials at NASA. It seems it is a matter of bad faith and disloyalty to disparage their nation with the truth. It is the same with 9/11 when you point out that it was an inside job and not done by the Arabs. However, when you says that it was the Israelis doing most of the wet work with the demolitions and the theatrics with Hollywood high tech, well then that is not so bad, as long as you don’t say the US government was involved.
The US psyop industry is the largest and most advanced in the world, and the Western establishment firmly believes that it is the most power weapon ever devised to control people and to determine the course of our future. For example, our shill governments with the media served to propagate the Covid plandemic which idea was hatched in bowels of the US psyop industry in good old Rothschild/Rockefeller-controlled USA, as was that 20-year old SARS-CoV-2 bioweapon lab virus used to give some substance to the entire pysop.
The spreading of Western culture is not the spreading of Christianity or truth. Truth and reality are boing, and the evidence is that most people like BS and fantasy much better, and so it is not just the spread of the official creed of materialism and people chained to big-box consumerism we see, but more and more people enthralled to the alienation and mind controls which come with endless psyops and and high tech virtual reality. Ever wonder why so few young men are not interested in marriage and having kids? It is all in the programming.
Also, after some 100 years of pumping faith (i.e. “belief”) into the US dollar, which all of our Western currencies are pegged upon, the official plan in the works of the actual power elites is to destroy that belief and trust, in order to transfer the desire for actual value to an alternate replacement digital currency with a top-down deemed value in exchange for your incredibly shrinking old currencies and holdings valued in such – incredibly shrinking as a result of the highly planned inflation they have deliberately created to ensure you will get very little in any exchange.
Gold or Bitcoin? You think those holdings will protect your meager savings? Look what the US did in 1933. To get such assets and in order to support some new digital replacement our governments no doubt will want to declare that the replacement currency has some substance to it and could very well announce the standard will be a bullion one and/or a Bitcoin one and call those assets in. But just don’t worry. They will surely screw you. Their overall goal is to have a one-world fiat currency … “one ring to control them all”. The true psyop giants are the money masters, as well as being the masters of arbitrage, derivatives, all forms of insider trading, and the entire universe.

The BBC Headline News today was at its most ridiculous.
If you were an Alien, you might have thought that the Second Coming had arrived and All Shall be Well – there was breathless commentary on the thousands of happy people turning out, there was the bunting, the public portraits displayed of the smiling figure, the Welcome Home Signs.
The gushing correspondent even suggested this Figure had caused the sun to come out.
Turned out it was Joe Biden visiting Ireland.
And when they DID show some actual footage of this Figure, and it must have been edited from hours of material – there was the senile shuffle, there was the weak and fearful smile of the senile resident whose memory is a frightening empty chamber.
That was no more than some seconds and that was the best they could do.
The BBC is tax-payer funded, which ought to mean that it is impermeable to political fashions and ideological imperatives, in its pursuit of objective news reporting.
Yet, the BBC was captured, from the very beginning, by jewish power brokers.
It is positively biased toward left wing charlatanism but it tilts to the right when it suits the jewish cause.
It is a sickeningly corrupt corporation, which parades its paedophilic proclivities, before you even go through the front doors of its HQ. Above the entrance way into the BBC, there is a relief by the weirdo sculptor, Eric Gill, a pervert paedophile, who was, quite appallingly, caught shagging his family dog, by his wife and daughter when they arrived home early and unexpectedly one afternoon. His wife eventually exposed him publically for who he was.
His depiction of Prospero and Ariel is as crudely obvious as it gets.
You can elevate any artistic endeavour by attributing some facet of classical literature to it. Greco-Roman mythology is the foundation stone of European literature and it is to Shakespeare’s The Tempest that the Gill makes pretension.
It is however, shorn of mythos, a crude sculpture of an adult man holding onto the midriff of a naked little boy, as if he’s not about to let him go.

In an age when the mighty are being felled; when civic statuary is condemned as representing a unique kind of chauvinism, of the hate-crime type, better gone and forgotten, who would complain?
When Robert E. Lee’s effigy; a man who never owned a slave, (except for when he inherited some from his wife’s estate upon marriage and immediately gave them their freedom,) is knocked to the ground and smashed up because the great General somehow represents the inequities of the African slave trade, you just know it’s a jewish sponsored desecration.
Yet, several Director Generals of the BBC, in succession, and its executive officers, (who operate akin to a Hasidic Kehilla,) have refused to remove the Gill statue, despite knowing all of the above.
Even whilst the corporation was under especial scrutiny over Jimmy Saville and his Radio One cohort, the BBC still were unmoved as it continues to be to this day, to remove the depiction of paedophilic lust that stands boldly above the entrance doors of Portland Place.
Last year a lone protestor, in what I thought, was a suspiciously lacklustre, attempt to wreck the statue, didn’t seem to get very far, with his 10 pound club hammer. He did manage to knock Ariel’s willy off but then, it was already rather small to begin with.
I hate the BBC and there are very few things which I hate, without equivocation or mitigation. I genuinely despise the BBC and I haven’t watched any of its programmes since Season Six of the revamped Dr. Who.
The BBC has even managed to put me off Dr. Who and Match of the Day, which were my prime fodder from early childhood. Oh, my.
