Former CIA Director John Brennan gave a speech at the Council on Foreign Relations and in it, he admitted government is engaged in “Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI)” which, he claims, can slow or halt “Climate Change.”
So all of us who have seen these “chemtrails” with our own eyes, but been called “Tin Foil Hat Conspiracy Theorists” are proven right once again; they ARE spraying from planes – deliberately. And we’re all breathing it.
Within the US Constitution, there is no power delegated unto Congress, to allow them to engage-in, or even pay for, this type of atmospheric experimentation. It is a power NOT granted to the UNITED STATES.
Worse, they are doing this activity based on a “theory” of “Climate Change.”
So, since it is only a theory, it is now clear they are experimenting UPON THE AIR WE BREATHE, to examine their little pet theory.
I have not, do not, and will not, consent to be experimented upon.
If the officials were a Pinocchio then their noses would have grown so long as to encompass the entire galaxy. They have never said anything that did not turn out to be a lie.

These unasked-for aerosol manipulations are not only restricted to the First World because far from civilization where I live I have noticed on many occasions the crisscrossing checker-pattern trails that are always done during the night. The chemicals involved are barium, aluminum and only God knows what else that is harmful to man.
So like with their mRNA vaccines it would take only a fool to believe them let alone trust them.
Chemtrailing is NOT done for the good of the people.
I don’t get this idea that ‘chemtrails’ were ever a theory?
As a child and teen, I had well over 10 years experience of viewing vapour trails from commercial planes. These were water exhausts condensing in cool air. Accepted, that small amounts of xyz might have been in these vapour trails.
Chemtrails do not behave like vapour trails. It has never been a ‘conspiracy theory’, or even a theory.
The details do matter when establishing a belief. We don’t need to factually know what’s in a chemtaril, to see, and call it a chemtrails.
Nearly all the drugs used in modern medicine are derived from, or created, based on a reaction seen in nature. These changes are the weaponisation of xyz, to kill or prohibit abc. We don’t need all the details, to say SARS, or Covid are man-made bioweapons.
What I’ve never understood, is why we play along with fake news narratives? Did man land and walk on the Moon? Probably, but no one on Apollo 11 landed on the Moon, and probably didn’t even leave Earth’s orbit.
9/11 is not a conspiracy theory, neither is Diana, or JFK. They are criminal conspiracies, just like chemtrails.

“Climate change” is essentially another US psyop, and chemtrails are being utilized to give the manufactured peril some substance.
The CIA is involved with the US military and the chem trail operations not because it is “fighting climate change” but rather because it is helping create and maintain the peril of climate change through its involvement and by promoting of the psyop through its various networks, including the media.
If “climate change” was a real threat, it would be the US EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) and not the CIA central to the entire operation.
Apart from the evidence that there are toxic substances in the chemtrails harmful to people, the operation is likely more connected to the “weather wars” activities of the US military with the use of HAARP and the necessity of seeding the atmosphere with particulate matter for electromagnetic radiation to change weather patterns.
With CIA connections to CFR interests, no doubt the purpose of chemtrails is to further CFR globalist UN-WEF-NWO goals and interests, and in that respect we already know how the CFR and its backers have manufactured numerous other alleged perils to usher everyone into their NWO control grids, including the hoax of “manmade CO2 global warming” – a psyop very key to a number of the UN “sustainability goals”.
With the collapse of any reliable evidence that the earth is warming, and the reliable evidence being that it is now in a cooling cycle (less sunspot activity and durations), the NWO charlatans had to switch gears and slide the fake peril from “global warming” into the more general “climate change” drive. In order to sustain their hoax of manmade climate change, it was then necessary for them to use their “weather war” technology not to stabilize weather patterns to help people people or problem areas, but rather to create weather havoc in order to sustain that fake peril, which is exactly what they have done.
All of the UN-WEF-CFR-NWO “sustainability goals” are designed for increased centralized controls over virtually everything in our lives, and they are all sustained by manufactured and exaggerated “sustainability perils”. Erratic weather patters, crop failures through droughts and extended winters, are being used to fuel the fake peril of “manmade climate change”, while together with the deliberate interference with fertilizer use and various farm practices, allegedly harmful to “the environment” imposed to enhance the fake peril of future famine, are all coordinated efforts with the media (therefore likely with the CIA in the US and throughout the West) designed for the very-planned, totalitarian, centralized top-down controls over every aspect of our lives.

Dispersion of pathogens is normal operation and documented and published since the 1930s and earlier.
