The allied forces discovered a copy of these “Rules” in May, 1919, at Dusseldorf, Germany. They were first printed in the United States in the Bartlesville (Oklahoma) Examiner-Enterprise that same year, 1919.
Almost 30 years later, in 1946, the Attorney General of Florida obtained them from a known member of the Communist Party USA, who acknowledged that these “Rules” were then still a part of the Communist program for the United States. They are as follows:
1. Corrupt the young, get them away from religion. Get them interested in sex. Make them superficial. Destroy their ruggedness.

All of these WW2 gains are under threat, but make no mistake, the current conflagrations are planned, but not planned. I go with the latter, because there are no tangible gains IMHO.
Because the West is failing on so many fronts, they are connered with no plan. They had a chance to globalise the political systems, as has been suggested by Putin for over 20yrs, but the West rejected this much needed development, and this is precisely what led to the creation of the BRICS, and now more countries want to join.
