Closed in 2015, no longer funded, and now run by a new contractor, DARPA, to map the increasingly erratic Earths magnetosphere swings.
HAARP has always been used for disinformation to cover up the REAL cause for increasing earth quakes, erratic weather, booms, hums and groaning of disstressed rock and atmospheric changes, ALL caused by HAARP according to disinformation artists …

I call Bullshit. If what the speaker says is true the Oil companies wouldn’t bother with Seismic Techniques they would just be using the RF technique he speaks of. Also HAARP is in the Mega-Watt range NOT Giga-Watts but hey that’s only 1000x difference. Not saying they can’t make EQ on demand just that the speaker is either Dis-info or just plain wrong.

No coincidence. Not just Turkey, but other countries have been struck by earthquakes shortly after they have done something that the Evil Empire doesn’t like.

According to a friend who is ex-US Navy with a security clearance, Earth Quake technology was developed back in the late 60’s. It’s first use was on the Hearst Castle in California in 1971.
So they have had lots of time to refine it.

Blessing is a fool as it was stated that it was shut down but also stated in congress that it is back up meaning it never was taken down or defunded. It is part of black projects and if you believe any government, even the especially one of the most evil people in the US, those of the military intelligence.
