However, I’d wager that there are very few of the self chosen among the ranks of the Ukrainian troops doing the fighting and dying. That’s not their thing. There are problems with the HAARP [High-Amplitude Auroral Research Program] hypothesis.
To induce earthquakes artificially, it is known to require extremely low-frequency electro-magnetic waves. To source ELFs from extremely high-frequency ionospheric excitement would necessitate an elastic modulation of banding before it could be directed to purpose.
I don’t dispute what you say, though. I too think that the earthquakes were triggered deliberately but it must’ve been an ELF range (microwave most likely) energy weapon.
The orangey, “lilly-flower” cloud formation, which appeared above the epicentre of the quake, is a characteristic expression of plasma energy bursts.

I understand what you’re saying, but it still does not explain Rixon being one of the first to have relayed the news as soon as it came out, by systematically publishing the Guardian’s article out of all sources, only to scrap it moments later, and behave as if a world event where 23,000 Twenty Three Thousand human beings died in the space of a few hours, has never happened.
There must be something very fishy about this story, Truth might have sunk for now, but I am confident it will eventually resurface very soon, I hope.
