There have been many accusations against the Jews throughout history.
Over time, a pattern has developed: the Talmud’s citation that “Even the best of the Gentiles should be killed” (Abodah Zara 26b) seems to be the playbook.

Have Jews poisoned wells in the past? I don’t know, I wouldn’t be surprised in individual cases, but I doubt such a systematic event as the 1346 plague could have been so organised.
What does terrain theory have to say about these plagues of times gone by?
Certainly the Spanish Flu can trace itself to the vaccinations, and not as the recently outed shill Firstenberg has indicated.
Going back further, I’m persuaded of the likelihood of natural events such as comets and volcanoes being causal agents. Of course the presence of comet as omens of bad luck has been rubbished by modern sensibilities who castigate many ideas from the past as mere superstition.

For those high minded scholars who don’t watch football or TV, I confess to having watched “Star Trek – The Next Generation”.
There is an episode where the android Commander Data is on radioactive metal recovery mission on an undeveloped but humanoid inhabited planet.
For some reason he loses his memory. Long story short, the metal he is carrying is made into jewellery and spread around the village. In order to “cure” the people, he creates some potion to put into the village well. He is “caught in the act” and the villagers believe he is poisoning the well rather than trying to cure them…
Of course, the script writers were using what they would regard as a trope against Jewish well poisoning.

A convenient scapegoat it is to blame the Jews for all of the sins of mankind. Perhaps that is because without them we likely would not even have God as our father or any understanding of sin. Of course they are still poisoning the wells. Jews do this every century or so then re-write the history to somehow make THEM the victims (in the case of the black death, they moan on and on about Jewish towns being attacked but nobody stops to ask why).
