I’ve also thrown the gauntlet down with respect to the details of the hoax but no one has picked it up. They rely on the echo chamber of “everyone knows that”. They don’t do any deep diving but swap the articles of superficial article writers among each other.

First atomic bombs were develloped and tested in Germany during the 3rd Reich/WWII. There had 3 explosions taken place on german soil for testing purpose. Germany and Japan are still occupied and lack a peace treaty nearly 80 yrs after the end of WWII! We know that radioactive materials exist. They’re defined as unstable isotopes of chemical elements, where excess charge is generated by an imbalance of proton to neutron ratio within the atom, causing potentially hazardous radiation emission.
