A watchdog group says recent hate crime statistics published by the FBI are “essentially useless,” and anti-Semitism, which the report says is declining, is actually surging in the United States.
Kenneth Marcus, chairman of the Louis D. Brandeis Center for Human Rights Under Law, called on the Department of Justice last month to correct the flawed data reported in the FBI’s 2021 hate crime statistics. Marcus said the unreliable data is a product of a change in how the FBI collects hate crime data.
“In my experience overseeing federal civil rights data collections, congressional committees have historically taken a keen interest in the completeness and accuracy of governmental information provided to the public,” Marcus told The Washington Free Beacon on Tuesday. “It is hard to imagine that a failure of this scope would escape the notice of congressional oversight staff.”
“I am hopeful that the Department of Justice and FBI will clean up this mess on their own,” he added. “If DOJ and the FBI do not fix this problem, however, by providing corrected and complete data to the public, we should not be surprised if Congress should get involved.”
An FBI spokesperson said that recent changes in how the FBI collects hate crime data impacted the 2021 crime statistics the bureau published last month. The statistics are missing data from multiple agencies across the country that did report data in 2020, so at least part of the drop in hate crimes reported would be due to missing data.
Marcus said the 2021 crime data is irreparably flawed because of the missing data.
“At a time of record anti-Semitic hate crimes, it is appalling that the FBI’s data-gathering has been so badly botched. The 2021 hate crimes data is essentially useless,” he said in a statement. “The problem is so bad that record-high levels of anti-Semitism appear in the official data as actual declines, because major jurisdictions didn’t formally report it. This massive failure has undermined the purposes of hate crimes data precisely when we most need the data. If the FBI doesn’t quickly correct this problem, congressional committees will need to ask some serious questions.”
Anti-Semitic attacks and other incidents in the U.S. reached a record high in 2021, according to the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). The ADL tallied 2,717 anti-Semitic incidents in the United States in 2021, a 34% increase over 2020.
The trend in anti-Semitism has been picked up by the White House. Second gentleman Doug Emhoff, who is Jewish, warned against an “epidemic of hate” during a White House roundtable on anti-Semitism last month.
“We’re seeing a rapid rise in antisemitic rhetoric and acts,” he said. “Let me be clear: words matter. People are no longer saying the quiet parts out loud — they are literally screaming them.”
2717 claimed anti semitic attacks is a pointless statistic given that the US population is around 330 million, but rocketing at millions per year.
Jonathan Sachs Rabbi of Great Britain stated on BBC Newnight that there were a claimed 1400 antisemitic attacks in the UK, but almost none interested the police. Sach’s claim is statistically insignificant, as it wouldn’t warrent a bar on a graph.
A Jew looking like a Jew, involved in any kind of altercation, could be labled antisemitic. Not to mention organised Jews hating and beating up Jews just to build a narrative.

Fortunately there are different standards at work regarding what is a so-called “hate crime”. It appears that the ADL would want to promote more overt acts defacing synagogues and Jewish graveyards such that they can have more crackdowns on any criticism of their exercise of power, including anything done for Zionist, Judaic or Israeli causes. Also, it serves their self-promotion campaigns striving to take center stage of virtually everything to serve some kind of entitlement complex in a millennial battle against the goyim to rule the world.
If we can refer to German Nazis of WWII as total “assholes” for their tribal hubris in thinking and behaving as if they were the most superior beings on the planet, “über alles”, marching over the faces of other peoples they deemed inferior, then why is it wrong to condemn as utter assholes any other group, nation, or tribe of people who think they are superior and believe and act in the same way to advance their own interests by exploiting and harming those they deem as inferior. Be they Jews, Anglos, Americans, Germans, Ukrainians, Russians, or Chinese it seems absolutely just that the divine curse of being absolute “assholes” should equally mark them for their pride, arrogance and exclusiveness.
It is one thing to love your tribe, your country, your religion, your family, and even your team more than others, and even to think with some pride in all of your achievements, and that on some scale of judgment your group may be the best in some respects, but any group or people excelling in some things does not mean they are superior in others. Winning the Olympics does not mean a nation is superior in other things such as surgery, farming, or even in such more basic things such as having and rearing children, or especially with respect to human decency if they are chronic cheaters and will do anything to win.
It would seem that the methods we use to attain our ends cannot be divorced from the ends. No matter the ceremonies of the Hong Kong Triad chairman, washing his hands of all of the blood and filth before his crime-lord peers in order to be accepted into the ranks of establishment respectability because of his wealth and influence, he is still a party to perpetuating and further institutionalizing all of the criminal methods which enabled him to “ascend” in that society. Methods are always intrinsically bound up with ends and actual consequences, even if the methods are covert – something which no powerful nation on earth has ever learned, and why they all fail. If your methods are evil despite your vision of a good end, those very methods tend to become institutionalized to maintain those ends. Like a cancer it will spread until it destroys its host unless it is arrested and stopped by some means.
Any religion, tribe, nation, or society which says it is okay to deceive, cheat, exploit, harm, or even to kill all outsiders, in order to advance its own interests, is simply evil. Such beliefs entail contempt and hate for outsiders, and in reciprocating the proportionate measures of self-defence become necessary, and the evil on all sides simply escalates.
If we want to rid the world of any evil, we have to start first with a better purification of our own lives and also within our own organizations. Nevertheless, we all ought to be more open to seeing and criticizing the authoritative teachings and writings of any religion, tribe, society, or group which advocate evil methods to advance their own interests.
Being more open as opposed to being exclusive and the breaking down of all our institutions for some kind of “open society”, thought the used of every conceivable evil means imaginable is insanity and will only lead to people closing more and more into themselves and becoming exclusive. The exercise of the golden rule can only be voluntary to be genuine and it can never use evil means. However, the silver rule ought not to be voluntary. Using methods regarded as evil and harmful against others to advance your own interests, is what we tend to do to those we deem as our enemies, or as our “inferiors”.
Despite there being just wars and unjust ones and the belief that the cure-all is to be found in the golden rule and with turning the other cheek, we still never will get to any state of fair play with a civilized exercise of the neighbor principal, as long as people are being taught by their authorities (be they Talmudic, Islamic, Marxist, Capitalist, NWO, WEF, globalist, Gates, or Schwabic), that evil means such as deceit, fearmongering, brainwashing, coercion, blackmail, oppression, harming and killing people, etc., etc., are “necessary” to attain their ends or vision either inclusively for better world, or exclusively for their own kind.
Evil always lurks in the shadows and dark places. It cannot survive in the light and that is why full disclosures of all the major evils and especially all of the mass deceptions ought to be our first priority to really improve things and establish real restore trust and cooperation among us.
