Hi Max, Did you actually research the Tara shootings, did you take into account there are hundreds of capped oil wells drilled 40 years ago. There may be untold amounts of oil and gas in the area worth trillions of dollars. The government is now going to buy the land as a memorial to the officers, which is a nice way of keeping everybody away. A good conspiracy theory needs to have some facts, not just gossip.
The Insurance industry is claiming that because the Covid-19 vaccines are experimental then any injury is regarded as self-inflicted and any death is regarded as suicide.
Long story short is there is medical benefits claim or life insureance claims.

I can foresee some billionaires elite simply coercing and co-opting the Gov’t and Gov’t planners and councils into rezoning properties into higher densities = higher values. It could also be used for petty and vindictive means.
Of course the Lefties will love it as they hate private ownerhip and success….yet not realize they are simply supporting a future Bolshevik quasi – prison where you will OWN NOTHING.
The Aussie system that the imposed “windfall gains” (NOTE: there is no mention that the current landowner has any say in the matter)….are due within 30 years including interest if they DO NOT sell, …or within 30 days if they DO SELL.
So,..of the windfall gain is $1 Million, without including interest …over 30 years that works out to a tax hit of over $30,000 per year in taxes owed. Question: What if the property values collapse , etc major recession….is the amount still owed ?
What could also occur is a flood of owners just wanting to sell asap. This is not much different than the Dutch Farmers being forced off their land…different method….same end result.
Of course many will think this “rezoning” is great. they will get rich…till they read the devil in the details and its a Communist BackDoor Trap.
