The lady in the flat upstairs heard screams and shouts rang the police who came with an ambulance
4 injured migrants were ferried to hospital while one had run away.
At the police station they found Dan was in the SAS and had won a string of medals.
He was told he should have been charged with Greivous Bodily harm, those migrants he had been told attacked several other people and kicked in shop windows before they got to Dan.
