We have a guest post today from the great constitutional attorney John Whitehead, who strikes at the core of the situation facing America and by extension the entirety of the formerly Free World. He poses the question no one wants to ask, let alone try to answer.
The media, including most of the conservative media, keeps us distracted and gaslighted with sensational stories like Samuel Brinton stealing women’s luggage at airports, drag queens, and wars started by foreign dictators, while ignoring strong indications that our government has been hijacked and occupied by an alien entity that is 100 percent hostile to the nation’s Constitution and its people.
This entity ruling the people from Washington is every bit as dangerous and bloodthirsty as the foreign dictator we’re supposed to hate and fear, as it has been known to harass truth-tellers, making sure just enough of them die or disappear under debatable circumstances (Philip Haney, Seth Rich, Gary Webb, Michael Hastings, etc.). As a result, everyday Americans are left feeling angry, confused, disoriented, disillusioned, isolated, powerless and, most importantly, looking at everyone but the real source of their growing misery.
By John Whitehead
“That was when they suspended the Constitution. They said it would be temporary.”—Margaret Atwood, The Handmaid’s Tale
If there is one point on which there should be no political parsing, no legal jockeying, and no disagreement, it is this: For anyone to advocate terminating or suspending the Constitution is tantamount to a declaration of war against the founding principles of our representative government and the rule of law.
Then again, one could well make the case that the Constitution has already been terminated after years on life support, given the extent to which the safeguards enshrined in the Bill of Rights—adopted 231 years ago as a means of protecting the people against government overreach and abuse—have been steadily chipped away at, undermined, eroded, whittled down, and generally discarded with the support of Congress, the White House, and the courts.
Consider for yourself.
We are in the grip of martial law. We have what the founders feared most: a “standing” or permanent army on American soil. This de facto standing army is made up of weaponized, militarized domestic police forces which look like, dress like, and act like the military; are armed with guns, ammunition and military-style equipment; are authorized to make arrests; and are trained in military tactics.
We are in the government’s crosshairs. The U.S. government continues to act as judge, jury and executioner over a populace that have been pre-judged and found guilty, stripped of their rights, and left to suffer at the hands of government agents trained to respond with the utmost degree of violence. Consequently, we are at the mercy of law enforcement officers who have almost absolute discretion to decide who is a threat, what constitutes resistance, and how harshly they can deal with the citizens they were appointed to “serve and protect.” With alarming regularity, unarmed men, women, children and even pets are being gunned down by the government’s standing army of militarized police who shoot first and ask questions later.
We are no longer safe in our homes. This present menace comes from the government’s army of bureaucratized, corporatized, militarized SWAT teams who are waging war on the last stronghold left to us as a free people: the sanctity of our homes.
We have no real freedom of speech. We are moving fast down a slippery slope to an authoritarian society in which the only opinions, ideas and speech expressed are the ones permitted by the government and its corporate cohorts. In more and more cases, the government is declaring war on what should be protected political speech whenever it challenges the government’s power, reveals the government’s corruption, exposes the government’s lies, and encourages the citizenry to push back against the government’s many injustices. The ramifications are so far-reaching as to render almost every American who criticizes the government an extremist in word, deed, thought or by association.
We have no real privacy. We’re being spied on by a domestic army of government snitches, spies and techno-warriors. This government of Peeping Toms is watching everything we do, reading everything we write, listening to everything we say, and monitoring everything we spend. Beware of what you say, what you read, what you write, where you go, and with whom you communicate, because it is all being recorded, stored, and catalogued, and will be used against you eventually, at a time and place of the government’s choosing.
We are losing our right to bodily privacy and integrity. The debate over bodily integrity covers broad territory, ranging from forced vaccinations, forced cavity searches, forced colonoscopies, forced blood draws and forced breath-alcohol tests to forced DNA extractions, forced eye scans, and forced inclusion in biometric databases: these are just a few ways in which Americans continue to be reminded that we have no real privacy, no real presumption of innocence, and no real control over what happens to our bodies during an encounter with government officials. The groundwork being laid with these mandates is a prologue to what will become the police state’s conquest of a new, relatively uncharted, frontier: inner space, specifically, the inner workings (genetic, biological, biometric, mental, emotional) of the human race.
We no longer have a right to private property. If government agents can invade your home, break down your doors, kill your dog, damage your furnishings and terrorize your family, your property is no longer private and secure—it belongs to the government. Hard-working Americans are having their bank accounts, homes, cars electronics and cash seized by police under the assumption that they have allegedly been associated with some criminal scheme.
We have no due process. The groundwork has been laid for a new kind of government where it won’t matter if you’re innocent or guilty, whether you’re a threat to the nation, or even if you’re a citizen. What will matter is what the government—or whoever happens to be calling the shots at the time—thinks. And if the powers-that-be think you’re a threat to the nation and should be locked up, then you’ll be locked up with no access to the protections our Constitution provides.
We are no longer presumed innocent. The burden of proof has been reversed. Now we’re presumed guilty unless we can prove our innocence beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law. Rarely, are we even given the opportunity to do so. The government has embarked on a diabolical campaign to create a nation of suspects predicated on a massive national DNA database. Having already used surveillance technology to render the entire American populace potential suspects, DNA technology in the hands of government coupled with artificial intelligence will complete our transition to a suspect society in which we are all merely waiting to be matched up with a crime.
We have lost the right to be anonymous and move about freely. At every turn, we’re hemmed in by laws, fines and penalties that regulate and restrict our autonomy, and surveillance cameras that monitor our movements. Likewise, digital currency provides the government and its corporate partners with a mode of commerce that can easily be monitored, tracked, tabulated, mined for data, hacked, hijacked and confiscated when convenient.
We no longer have a government of the people, by the people and for the people. In fact, a study conducted by Princeton and Northwestern University concluded that the U.S. government does not represent the majority of American citizens. Instead, the study found that the government is ruled by the rich and powerful, or the so-called “economic elite.” Moreover, the researchers concluded that policies enacted by this governmental elite nearly always favor special interests and lobbying groups. In other words, we are being ruled by an oligarchy disguised as a democracy, and arguably on our way towards fascism—a form of government where private corporate interests rule, money calls the shots, and the people are seen as mere subjects to be controlled.
We have no guardians of justice. The courts were established to intervene and protect the people against the government and its agents when they overstep their bounds. Yet through their deference to police power, preference for security over freedom, and evisceration of our most basic rights for the sake of order and expediency, the courts have become the guardians of the American police state in which we now live. As a result, sound judgment and justice have largely taken a back seat to legalism, statism and elitism, while preserving the rights of the people has been deprioritized and made to play second fiddle to both governmental and corporate interests.
We have been saddled with a dictator for life. Secret, unchecked presidential powers—acquired through the use of executive orders, decrees, memorandums, proclamations, national security directives and legislative signing statements and which can be activated by any sitting president—now enable past, present and future presidents to operate above the law and beyond the reach of the Constitution.
Unfortunately, we have done this to ourselves.
We allowed ourselves to be seduced by the false siren song of politicians promising safety in exchange for relinquished freedom. We placed our trust in political saviors and failed to ask questions to hold our representatives accountable to abiding by the Constitution. We looked the other way and made excuses while the government amassed an amazing amount of power over us, and backed up that power-grab with a terrifying amount of military might and weaponry, and got the courts to sanction their actions every step of the way. We chose to let partisan politics divide us and turn us into easy targets for the government’s oppression.
Mind you, the powers-that-be want us to be censored, silenced, muzzled, gagged, zoned out, caged in and shut down. They want our speech and activities monitored for any sign of “extremist” activity. They want us to be estranged from each other and kept at a distance from those who are supposed to represent us. They want taxation without representation. They want a government without the consent of the governed.
They want the Constitution terminated.
“We” may have contributed to our downfall through our inaction and gullibility, but we are also the only hope for a free future.
After all, the Constitution begins with those three beautiful words, “We the people.” Those three words were intended as a reminder to future generations that there is no government without us—our sheer numbers, our muscle, our economy, our physical presence in this land.
As I make clear in my book Battlefield America: The War on the American People and in its fictional counterpart The Erik Blair Diaries, when we forget that, when we allow the “Me” of a self-absorbed, narcissistic, politically polarizing culture to override our civic duties as citizens to collectively stand up to tyranny and make the government play by the rules of the Constitution, there can be no surprise when tyranny rises and freedom falls
Remember, there is power in numbers.
There are 332 million of us in this country. Imagine what we could accomplish if we actually worked together, presented a united front, and spoke with one voice?

Harry Truman cancelled the US Constitution in February 1947 when he signed the bill that created the National Security State.
No law code can survive rule by secret societies all controlled by bankers.
The CIA can jail anyone for breach of “national security” without a warrant and without a trial, That’s how long it’s been dead — 75 years.
“A constitution, if you can keep it”.
It is amazing how the US Constitution has been copied by countless governments around the world and used it as a template for better governance. Even Chiang Kai-shek used it as a template for his China which didn’t be. Whereas the US copied it from the Indians which they used to keep the peace among the warring tribes.
The constitution IS The Government whereas the caretaker is just an administration but we have been fooled into thinking that the administration is the government. Quiet a twist.
Did you notice that the power-grab addicts, such as those black-clad theocraats that look like a flock of raven, or the Democrat commies and the RINO traitors, all want to change the constitution once they get hold of power ? The very constitution that got them to serve as an administration staff ? Servants of the people.
If, God forbid, the US loses its constitution then the whole world reverts to the feudal system worse than the previous ones. It will be like how the Arabs lost all their republics but on a global scale and the insane will at the controls.
Oops I forgot to add “a constitution with Chinese characteristics”
This Australian shoot out is not being fully reported by the media….there are questions over the whole episode…..keep an eye open on this.
The worst documents I have every read. No surprise to me.
Mystic and Yogi
You brought it on yourselves when you started to accept any immigrant. “Send us your uneducated and useless rabble” etc. Then you destroyed Germany and Japan and Korea and Vietnam and Laos and Afghanistan and Iraq and Syria and Libya. Jordan Maxwell used to say “What goes round, comes round”.
It is wonderful how the author has summed up so many of the evils he sees plaguing the richest and most powerful nation on earth. However, it is disappointing that he puts so much FAITH and RELIANCE in the beautiful words of the US constitution to check those evils, and it is a deeper shame that he is unable to advocate that the people simply rise up in another revolution to equal the one in 1776, in keeping with the American spirit of rebelliousness and solving their problems mainly through violence, as reflected in their unceasing wars, and particularly as seen throughout their entertainment industry. What else can a remanent followers of the founders of their nation do when all of arms of government are tied and tangled up in the controls and corruptions of “They the Few” rather than those of “We the People”?
Undoubtedly, the hallowed words of their Constitution meant a great deal to the brave founders of their nation some 250 years ago, but alas, time has moved on and the people have now morphed, devolved and been programmed into a variety entirely quite different creatures, who would scarcely be recognizable in their transmuted and transhuman forms by those who identified themselves as “People” in that distant past with their inherent and inalienable rights and freedoms from that thing called “God” . No, today there is no unity in anyone really being “We the People”, such is the precious flowering of sacred diversity on all levels that even the former preeminence of such things as “truth”, “freedom” and “justice” in the people which once had real meaning and authority by virtue of being rooted in that common Christian faith, have now all been replaced by the top-down imposition of “deception”, “fear”, and “oppression”, which quite frankly may be the only option to control creatures who have lost their spiritual roots and are dominated by their animal appetites.
If the US constitution is to disappear it is because there is no longer anything really in the people to be “of”, “for”. or “by” the people or to unite them, not only such that they can legitimately use the word “we” without great deception, but also because of the fundamental changes which have taken place in their basic beliefs that they should even be allowed to refer to themselves as “people”. To behave based on a belief that one is a child of the Almighty God of the universe is an elevating and maturing process, where as to behave as if you are a child of any secular order, even one with a written constitutions, then you will have to expect to be spoon fed with whatever your chosen superiors will feed you, and you will will remain as vulnerable as a baby, with a growth factor of zero.
But in any case, even without offering a solution to the plight of the American nation, or to the rest of the world they ineptly govern, which are nowhere near in swinging in the balance back to God and his divine virtues, other than non-compliance, “They the Few” have in fact successfully taken full control of all legislative, executive, and judicial branches of their government, and most likely view the US constitution as even more hallowed than the remnant people, as it is they who have made it the basis of their authority over all major public and private systems, which they have usurped through their stealth, and abuses of power & wealth, and through their untiring efforts to fragment the people from the graces and the authority of the true God in their lives.
No, if you want the fundamental right to life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness, and to own property, you first have to have an majority of people to make those things meaningful in their minds not just for themselves, but for everyone, and also to be some kind of priority in their lives, and not just a collection of abstract philosophical and legal terms. The way all of our written constitutions are being used today against those who maintain the integrity of being a human person, you may as well rewrite them entirely, or throw them out and accept to be ruled by some kind of dictatorship.
What does the US Bill of Rights really mean for any real person in the US today, which says, “All persons are free by nature and are equal in their inherent and inalienable rights. Among these rights are the enjoyment of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and the acquiring and possessing of property.” What it actually means is that the ruling Few and their designates are more free, more equal and above all laws than all are others. It means that those who are lucky enough to be “deemed” by the ruling Few as “persons” and whose lives appear to have some utility to them ,have a right to life, but that those who are deemed as “unwanted” or “non-essential” deserve to be eliminated and actually have a duty to die. As to be “free” by your nature and to have the right of liberty, notice that the constitution does not say that one has an unfettered basic right of liberty. Rather one has a right “to enjoy” freedom and liberty, and in the same as the right “to enjoy” life, the pursuit of happiness, and the ownership of property, whereas “enjoyment” is a rather subjective and relativistic thing. Despite various amendments, the amount of life, freedom, and ability to pursue happiness and own property, is more of a top-down and objective thing, in practice to be regulated and controlled at the pleasure of the oligarchs who claim to own everything in the nation, including the laws and customs of the various creatures.
The Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms was said to be a more up-to-date and enlightened version of the American Bill of Rights when it was imposed on the Canadian subjects in 1982 by the top-down oligarchs. It was not intended really to protect basic personal rights and freedoms, but rather to limit them and to bring them out in something akin to a blank slate whereby the key abstract words and phrases such as ‘life’, ‘liberty’, ‘security of the person’, etc. could be defined by the higher court judges selected for the grandest social engineering project in the history of the nation. Should the assertion of any right or freedom such as the right to life be too bold any guarantee of that right was subject to “reasonable limits prescribed by law as can be demonstrably justified in a free and democratic society.” If anyone thought that this clause would restrain the weal of the courts to any democratic consensus, they were completely deluded. The Charter was the vehicle to enable fundamental challenges by the Few molding the cultural Marxist groupthink. It was intended to and has worked to override the mores of the overwhelming majority of the people, by removing such controversial issues out of the reach of the democratic process and the legislatures. It was pure “rule by stealth”. The media loved it. The prerogative in deeming what was democratic or a consensus has since been left to the jurisdiction of the selected judges, who are in any case just as “independent” as those appointed to the higher courts in the US.
Hence, unless we have entirely new Declarations and new Constitutions to correct these wrongs and protect what is most valuable and sacred in our lives, and if we just keep complying and bowing down to the diktats in the corrupted systems, as with Covid, that usurping Few will just keep poisoning and killing our bodies, our minds and our souls, simply because they want most of us gone and the remainder to serve them.
I would say the Constitution was canceled in 1913 when Woodrow Wilson signed the Federal Reserve Act into law. From that moment forward, the real power of the state was transferred to a cartel of banksters.
Some argue that it was Abraham Lincoln who ended the republic when he declared war on the south when the seceeded from the union, which all states have the right to do.
In 1932 FDR confiscated the gold – which means that after the 1913 Federal Reserve Act, the state was now working for the banksters, and in fact, the gold was taken away, and the slaves got bank script, FRNs. And since then, inflation has destroyed 99% of the value of Amerikan labor.

Then, after Roswell, the National Security Act of 1947 ended any transparency of the gov’t because now they could declare national security. And from that moment on the lies got big, right up to 9-11-2001 false flag. The NAS created the CIA and the license to do anything in secret. The NAS also created MJ-12.

Then Einsenhower (Jew) made a treaty with the Grey Aliens, allowing them to abduct you LEGALLY.

“Several sources mention that in 1954, probably on 20 February, the Greys would have landed at Edwards / Muroc Air Force Base, and met with President Eisenhower. Other sources however mention 24 April 1964, and a landing at Holloman AFB (See: Holloman Landing; and below). Timothy Good on the other hand refers to probably two meetings at Holloman AFB, a first one in Feb. 1955, which was probably followed by another one in April 1956. It is possible, even likely, several meetings took place, and it is not clear at which one an agreement was reached. But that there was an agreement seems to accepted by many researchers.”

read the Bill of Rights and look at how many of our rights have been violated fighting terrorists or in the name of security
“Article the sixth… The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated,”
Black masked pigs can kick in your door and shoot you any damn time they want, and they do it on a regular basis.
“Article the third… Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”
Making it a crime to question the Holocaust is a violation of the 3rd, they are establishing Judaism – a religion – as the official religion of the state. Federal funding of any Holocaust museum is a violation of separation of church and state.
And now they steal elections. They charge those protesting the criminal theft of the election with sedition.
The state has no legitmacy left, time to kill them all and hang them high.
“The single, most distressing question no one wants to contemplate: Has the U.S. Constitution already been terminated?”
Nope. The most distressing question is if we are prisoners on a hell planet. That our religions are intentional lies by the real power in the heavens above which forced us in incarnate on a prison planet, living out thousands of lives in hell, with no hope of escape. We are so duped, we pray to our jailers as “god”.
The second most distressing question is how and why we were created. By Anunnaki as a slave race. The Anunnaki are the “fallen angels” who fell from the “heavens” (outer space) and landed on earth – and they created us as a slave race. This is the central thesis of Sitchin’s books and the evidence says he nailed it.
That leads to the third most distressing question that we are probably on a hell planet in a hell simulation, that our souls were injected into an artificial hellverse, to torture us for all eternity. Then another book came along that sealed it, Alien Interview by Lawrence Spencer which says that no human soul is from earth, earth is the dumping ground for all the criminals in the galaxy. That is why so many psychopaths are here.
YES VIRGINIA, IT IS WAY WAY WORSE THAN YOU CAN EVEN CONTEMPLATE, THERE IS NO MERCIFUL GOD, YOU ARE ENTERTAINMENT OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE AKA GOD.
I am Yukon Jack hear me roar. The Constitution was a magnificient document that gave man temporary respite from hell, but now it is gone, the dark forces have won again, and humanity is now in for thousands of years of a new dark age.
God is a Computer Programmer Documentary – Author Unknown
“You never asked to be here, but you are here now, so you sure as hell better conform, that is, play the game, otherwise go to prison, or live on the streets. God is a computer programmer, from an advanced civilization. Look around you, now, think of where virtual reality technology is currently at, with the Oculus Rift. Now fast forward that technology 500 years or so, and throw in some artificial intelligence algorithms, and you can begin to see how you and I, are very likely artificial intelligence algorithms running on advanced computer hardware, that is so powerful we truly believe we are real, but in actual fact none of us are real, it is all a simulation. You are stuck inside a simulation, there is no escape, there is no merciful God, who is going to bring you to be with him in heaven once you die. Stop trying to search for some greater meaning in life, because I have just explained the meaning, you are inside a simulation, you are nothing more than entertainment, and in fact, with billions of characters inside this simulation, you may never even be noticed, by who ever it is that our particular instance of the simulation program is being viewed by. Look around you, are people happy? The internet has been part of our reality for 20 years now, and people are more unhappy and less fulfilled than ever. Staring lifelessly at their mobile phone screens, checking for the latest face book update, we are spiritually empty, and guess what, we will always be empty, because no matter what path you take in life, you will never be satisfied. We are programmed to always want more. Get the job you wanted, and before long you will want your bosses job. People have children to try and full that empty void, but even that, just brings about a whole new set of questions, about what this reality is. The type of questions that will never be accurately answered, until you wake up and become self aware, and by that I mean, you must come to terms with the fact that you are inside a computer simulation. You are entertainment.
God is not a merciful entity, right now people are being raped and tortured all over the world. Some for many years on end. God is a sick and cruel computer programmer, with a twisted sense of humor, and the joke is on you. Yes my friend, the joke is on you.”
Kaftan Aziz–“didn’t be” is good, even though we never see it
This would be laughable if it was not deadly serious. The truth is the republic, its ruling documents, the articles of confederation and the constitution were rendered inoperable in 1861 when southern senators left the senate without a quorum to adjourn and set a date to reconvene. Fast forward to 1865 hostilities have ended but restoration of lawful government was not restored. Instead a corporation governing the district of Columbia was fraudulently and unlawfully created to “govern” the district but traitors then and now use this as a means to destroy freedom anywhere in the world.
One of the Founding Fathers, I think James Madison, said the US Constitution is only any good as long as the Judges uphold it. He recognised that a criminal like George W Bush could come along and say like Bush said that “the Constitution is just a piece of paper”.
Leo Hohmann is not wrong on this, of course. Even the average American, dumber than shit as they are, can see this if they stop thumb-f*cking their phones for a minute. The thing is, the problem is at the centralized federal level. The local and state government in the area in which I live still demonstrates a healthy respect for and adherence to basic constitutional law; it is the federal criminal cartel that is completely out of control. Which is kind of the evil genius of it all, as the enemy becomes much more of an ambiguous and distant “they” rather than a guy down the street who you could easily strangle on his own front lawn.
Hohmann wrote, “They want taxation without representation. They want a government without the consent of the governed.” The federal cartel already HAS those things, of course. There IS taxation without real representation. Very high taxation, no less, and actually unconstitutional to boot. And the criminal cartel infesting the satanic sewer of DC couldn’t give a standing piss about the consent of the governed. The predator class cartel took the social contract, passed it around as a communal prison cum sock, wiped their collective asses with it, and tossed it in the gutter with a derisive laugh.
I don’t have a problem with my local government, and not even with my state government necessarily. The problem, and it is a major, even existential, problem is the out of control federal criminal cartels posing as legitimate governments when they are most certainly NOT legitimate. DC should be burned to the ground with everyone in it.
Lessons learned with this article and the comments:
1. Our various Constitutions, Bills and Charters have been turned into weapons of oppression by the ruling Few.
2. Covid and all elections in North America and the UK have proven that all basic rights and freedoms have been summarily cancelled.
3. The integrity of the individual person, and therefore the individual person, has become a fiction whose worth and existence depends on the pleasure of the ruling Few.
4. Most people either do not care anymore or they feel completely powerless.
5. Whitehead complains that:
We are in the grip of martial law.
We are in the government’s crosshairs.
We are no longer safe in our homes.
We have no real freedom of speech.
We have no real privacy.
We are losing our right to bodily privacy and integrity.
We no longer have a right to private property.
We have no due process.
We are no longer presumed innocent.
We have lost the right to be anonymous and move about freely.
We no longer have a government of the people, by the people and for the people.
We have no guardians of justice.
We have been saddled with a dictator for life.
6. Sorry, but there is no more “We” unless you want to follow the groupthink which has no moral limits. Moral values and principles are the actual basis of all of our constitutional ones we are so quickly loosing. All of the things you say we have lost we actually still have, except that what the ruling Few has done is to say they are no longer real and are to end.
7. Yukon Jack chimes in with his view on how the US Constitution was destroyed through various historical instances of corruption. However, he ignores the same trend in every other Western nation. He even blames aliens and God. Both apparently are evil. Very interesting. What people tend to do when their own nations screws up so badly is to blame blame someone else, like God or the Jews.
8. Jack is left discouraged and crying in his beer because everything has become so evil, and he cannot do anything about it. It is the aliens with God controlling the matrix, plus the omnipotent Jews, making us suffer. His message is to get rid of the Jews and we will get rid of God and then we can live happily every after.
9. I blame the unidentified Few at the top of the Western corporatocracy who have done their best to replace God in the lives of the common people, mainly by themselves. Therefore, if we are to agree with Makow it must be the Illuminati and Satan and not God calling the shots down here.
10. Yet, in all honestly we can only blame ourselves for not assembling with those we still have so much in common with, those who are not oppressed and depressed by the manufactured fear, and then to rise up and take back control of our nations and our institutions.
11. The constitutions of our nations which appear to be held together with chewing gum, bailing wire, and judicial decree have ended becoming an instrument divide everyone and to be conquered and exploited by that same Few.
12. The Western understanding of freedom is simply to do what you want and therefore freedom is seen by most as diversification. However, the constitutions of our nations were never meant to replace the God of truth, freedom, justice, love and goodness, all of which are the basis of any real and worthwhile unity, and instead to enshrine, promote, and and rule by deceptions, fear, oppression, hate and evil.
13. In the so-called “free world” both money and power are the highest ends. Those that have the most of these ends in fact enjoy the most liberties and are the least likely to agree to be constrained in the use of their use by any moral laws from religion or from any other source.
14. It is said that power corrupts and so does wealth. However neither are intrinsically evil. What is evil is their abuse, and the institutionalization of inequity before the law.
15. If a constitution is like a structure to protect the people in it, then like a hen house where the chickens roost and lay their eggs foxes should not be appointed to guard it.
16. Those who are dishonest and generally amoral have the competitive advantage over others, and they generally go to the top of any modern power structure. Eventually you end up with a corrupt nation with its power brokers thinking they have a right to use the same methods to advance its interests more and more openly as a kind of right. Their methods prove so successful that they become bureaucratically institutionalized forming the character of the entire nation, which is a reflection of the true constitution of that nation. Finally, they encounter a foe with a stronger, more virtuous, more honest, and more unified people and that which was too big and powerful to fail is destroyed.
17. Waiting for reform to come from within the privileged circles is to capitulate to the coming tyranny and destruction. The reform can only come from the people completely outside of their circles.
