We have been struggling to understand the tragic events in the Ukraine, poring over a stream of current events to discover the master plan behind Putin’s strategy. We failed. Then we looked back to December last year. Suddenly it all clicked.
On December 15, 2021 Russia sent an ultimatum to the US and NATO. Two days later it was published, and the Russian Foreign Office invited the West to sign up and to agree to it, or at least begin discussing it. Not only was it not signed, it wasn’t even properly acknowledged. It was blatantly ignored, as though it were a demand from a teenager to an adult.
Pity, for it would have saved the world from the Ukraine War and Europeans from expensive bills, and the US from the terrible destruction and massive deaths of WWIII. Putin had made clear what he wanted, and it was a reasonable request. All that happened subsequently was brought about in order to achieve, at least, an adult discussion of these documents.
Putin sent the army to Kazakhstan, and in February to the Ukraine, and more recently his army has begun destroying Ukrainian infrastructure, which they had refrained from damaging before.
There is a Russian joke about a man who frequently visited somebody else’s wife. The husband found him and threw him from the window. When he came home a few days later, he discovered his wife’s lover with his legs and arms in a cast. He carried him to the window, but before casting him down, said to him: “Friend, this is my wife. Lay off!” And the lover replied: “Why didn’t you say so at once? Why did you only hint at it?”
NATO and the US should have listened to Putin in December ’21, instead of waiting until December ’22. All the sorrows of the Ukraine have come from subtle hints from Mr Putin, who was not even very interested in the Ukraine.
Let us see what Russia wants from the US.
Article 1
The Parties shall cooperate on the basis of principles of indivisible, equal and undiminished security and to these ends:
- shall not undertake actions nor participate in or support activities that affect the security of the other Party;
- shall not implement security measures adopted by each Party individually or in the framework of an international organization, military alliance or coalition that could undermine core security interests of the other Party.
Article 2
The Parties shall seek to ensure that all international organizations, military alliances and coalitions in which at least one of the Parties is taking part adhere to the principles contained in the Charter of the United Nations.
Article 3
The Parties shall not use the territories of other States with a view to preparing or carrying out an armed attack against the other Party or other actions affecting core security interests of the other Party.
Article 4
The United States of America shall undertake to prevent further eastward expansion of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and deny accession to the Alliance to the States of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics.
The United States of America shall not establish military bases in the territory of the States of the former Union of Soviet Socialist Republics that are not members of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization, use their infrastructure for any military activities or develop bilateral military cooperation with them.
Article 5
The Parties shall refrain from deploying their armed forces and armaments, including in the framework of international organizations, military alliances or coalitions, in the areas where such deployment could be perceived by the other Party as a threat to its national security, with the exception of such deployment within the national territories of the Parties.
The Parties shall refrain from flying heavy bombers equipped for nuclear or non-nuclear armaments or deploying surface warships of any type, including in the framework of international organizations, military alliances or coalitions, in the areas outside national airspace and national territorial waters respectively, from where they can attack targets in the territory of the other Party.
The Parties shall maintain dialogue and cooperate to improve mechanisms to prevent dangerous military activities on and over the high seas, including agreeing on the maximum approach distance between warships and aircraft.
Article 6
The Parties shall undertake not to deploy ground-launched intermediate-range and shorter-range missiles outside their national territories, as well as in the areas of their national territories, from which such weapons can attack targets in the national territory of the other Party.
Article 7
The Parties shall refrain from deploying nuclear weapons outside their national territories and return such weapons already deployed outside their national territories at the time of the entry into force of the Treaty to their national territories. The Parties shall eliminate all existing infrastructure for deployment of nuclear weapons outside their national territories.
The Parties shall not train military and civilian personnel from non-nuclear countries to use nuclear weapons. The Parties shall not conduct exercises or training for general-purpose forces, that include scenarios involving the use of nuclear weapons.
Pay heed to Articles 4, 5 and 6. They are relevant for the case of Ukraine.
Let us see the Russian proposal to NATO, starting with Article 4:
Article 4
The Russian Federation and all the Parties that were member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization as of 27 May 1997, respectively, shall not deploy military forces and weaponry on the territory of any of the other States in Europe in addition to the forces stationed on that territory as of 27 May 1997. With the consent of all the Parties such deployments can take place in exceptional cases to eliminate a threat to security of one or more Parties.
Article 5
The Parties shall not deploy land-based intermediate- and short-range missiles in areas allowing them to reach the territory of the other Parties.
Article 6
All member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization commit themselves to refrain from any further enlargement of NATO, including the accession of Ukraine as well as other States.
Article 7
The Parties that are member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization shall not conduct any military activity on the territory of Ukraine as well as other States in the Eastern Europe, in the South Caucasus and in Central Asia.
In order to exclude incidents the Russian Federation and the Parties that are member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization shall not conduct military exercises or other military activities above the brigade level in a zone of agreed width and configuration on each side of the border line of the Russian Federation and the states in a military alliance with it, as well as Parties that are member States of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization.
Now we can all understand what Putin wants. There are no difficult or hidden conditions, all is perfectly clear. Putin insists on formalizing conditions that were agreed upon by Mr Gorbachev and his Western counterparts in the 80’s and 90’s of the former century. The Russia of Mr Putin does not want to seize the territories or the resources of other countries. What he proposed is not the Sykes-Picot Treaty; it is a generous proposal to the West. If they won’t accept it, then let us accept the unavoidable nuclear annihilation of mankind. The proud will fall, the humble will inherit the earth. And really shocking is that all the conditions and reasons were stated a year ago, and there was a plenty of time to settle. This explains relative lack of Putin’s interest in the Ukraine. Even withdrawal from Herson did not distress him much. Putin does not want to annex the Ukraine, he will do it only in no choice situation.

Am no reader of the future and am no military/political analyst/strategist but it doesn’t take a lot of logical thinking to conclude that there is only one end game here for Russia and that is the complete overrun of Ukraine.
There are those here who believe this is all theatre and who is to say that they are not correct?
But!!! If Putin is for real ( and many of his social – read anti LGBTQRSTUV reforms – would indicate this ), not to mention the fact that Russia didn’t go all Shock and Awe on Ukraine ) then Russia needs a proper buffer from the crazies of the “West”. So what better than the entirety of Ukraine to provide it?
We must never forget that Putin is operating in a political environment. As such he needs too keep Russian casualties to an absolute minimum ; all the while showing his own people that he is trying also to keep Ukrainian casualties to a minimum. This seems to be the overriding principle of the Special Military Campaign and now the gradual overrun of Ukraine.
Mr Putin will take back all of Ukraine. If Nuclear war, let it be.

COMMON PURPOSE AND MASONIC CORRUPTION IN ROYAL MAIL
Some 20 years ago i worked in a solicitors office in Kings lynn norfolk, a simple case of bullying in the workplace, was to turn into a criminal investigation into royal mail corruption in a major ongoing police investigation.
It turned out that 2 managers at the kings Lynn sorting office were both stealing from the mail,
in one case an envelope with £5000 went missing, and harassing women staff members
for sex to keep their jobs, with various sexual and racial harasment by the 2 managers.
A retired analyst had taken a morning postal round with the mail, because he had been a counselor for many in the office he became an instant target for the managers to bully, and he was the first to go to the police and whistleblow about internal corruption and showed 12 hand written and signed notes by various women who had been pressured into giving sex to keep their jobs to the 2 managers, while working at the solicitors office i saw all paperwork.
This whistleblower who died a while after from an alzheimers related illness, received telephone death threats to stay silent, taped calls show the managers threatening the lives of him and his family, and a campaign began to read all his mail and that of family and the letters to him from our solicitors office.
Both his sons were mysteriously beaten up outside his home, one has brain damage to this day, another young lad leaving the family home was attacked with an iron bar, and needed major reconstructive surgery, his wife was run down by a hit and run driver, and handout sheets claiming he was a convicted pedophile were pushed through the doors of neighbouring streets,
and posters claiming he was a drug pusher appeared pinned to trees and lamp posts nearby.
At the solicitors office we asked why when this man who was the first to whistleblow to the police about what was going on at the mail depot, why the police did nothing except to report his complaint to the mail depot ? it turned out the mail manager was the brother of a police sergeant at the police station, during the enquires the police sergeant was fined and demoted for also harassing women for sex, and as the enquiry continued the MP Henry Bellingham got involved because the 2 managers were opening and reading many peoples mail including his.
One manager claimed he was fulfiling his duty as defined by common purpose.
The Russian mafia have a big presence in the area and run many workers to jobs on farms and factories in the area, one Russian gangmaster owns over 100 houses, and in the investigation,
was bribing the 2 managers to photocopy letters from certain addresses for them, the MP George Turner was also alleged to be on the take.
The Cambridge and Lowestoft police secretly investigated illegal procedures at Kings Lynn police station, and the mail people pulled the official secrets act to conceal the mass wrongdoing at the sorting office, the 2 managers got off with a reprimand due to masonic connections, , the other was asked to leave and moved to the USA, the original whistleblower was awarded £35,000 and signed a gagging order.

Russia has a large land mass but much of it is like Canada most of it which is largely either uninhabitable or undesirable to live in. Its population is about 1/2 of that of the US. Its GDP is presently only $2.133 trillion a year which is less than that of Canada with about 1/5 of the population of Russia. The US GDP is now $25.66 trillion and continues to grow despite all of the official bullshit from the money power moguls.
Those who control the US rule the nation essentially though money, which include rewards as with Covid to ensure cooperation with the top-down plans, and by sewing division, hate, and fear with the rest of the population. It is as much of a surveillance state as China and the same money power also controls that nation. Its major political parties are controlled from on high. It is the nation which essentially spawned and fueled the concept of the UN and New World Order, and as published by the Rockefeller Foundation in 2010, that nation manufactured the Covid pandemic as a principal method to usher in their UN Agendas, the proposed global financial resets, while threatening the end of our basic rights and freedoms.
That is the left hand on the monster, which is only a front to cover their ever-increasing business empire with all of the American-based giant corporations gobbling up everything in sight. In my own city if the money-power US big-box boys and girls want a valuable business or hunk of land, they get and usually with a lot of graft and coercion. The choice posed for Americans is essentially between globalist socialism, a ploy to get the left on side, and the ever-expanding international business empire in order to ensure America wears the pants in the world to control finances and markets, and is able to spread its fertility toxins and population culling practices far and wide.
Is Russia resisting this hideous power of the West or is it playing one more role in the NWO show and simply consolidating its sphere of influence interests while helping to carve up a nation which is an economic basket case to the IMF and the World Bank? Russia as was the EU was a faithful player in the US-UK Covid fraud where a few million non-essential human lives and small businesses were sacrificed for the great NWO cause – which on analysis is all pretexts for top-down centralized controls over us in and through each networked national government. The Russian government played its role in the Covid performance with more sophistication and aplomb than even massive China which was responsible for the entire opening Act.
Is the war in the Ukraine real? Of course, it is real to the people suffering and dying and if it expands it will be as real as the war in Iraq. However, my view remains the outcome is most likely planned and predetermined by the same powers which control our nations in the West and which are responsible or the entire Covid pandemic, the toxic vaccines, and all of the efforts to bleed the common people dry. It is also real in the sense that no matter how puerile all of the US Russia bashing has been since 2016, that nation was an obstacle to mainly US business and Israeli expansion interests in the ME and other areas on the globe. Despite all of the UN good-will stuff and plans for their world government, Russia was interfering with business interests mainly in the EU which is still US turf.
Does any of this make sense? Of course not. We are always trying to make sense with the authority of facts and reasons while those with power only use those things to serve their ends regardless of the contradictions. Power is a very addictive thing and the first thing we must do is presume that those who have it will not give it up and that they will use every opportunity and evil means they have to expand it. Rather than destroy each other, they will make deals. However, if it comes to destroying a smaller nation like Iraq or Syria, or the Ukraine in the process of making a deal they have not and will not hesitate for an instance.
Of course, it is contradiction that the superpowers want on one hand a globalist government for trade cooperation and to secure control over the resources of globe mainly for their own sustainability ends, while at the same time they are at each other’s throats. Are they, the money-power, really in control of everything? Look at how well they have done with their vaccines?
US/NATO will never adhere to any treaty. The only answer is all-out war. The US needs to be bombed back into the Stone Age and Israel and the UK turned into sheets of radioactive glass. Only then will there be peace.
