By a margin of 57.1 percent to 42.9 percent, Nevada voters passed Nevada Question 1, which constitutionally enshrines sexual orientation and gender identity as specially protected classes that cannot be criticized or otherwise discriminated against.
Question 1 was branded by proponents as “an equal rights amendment” that simply aims to protect all people, no matter who they are, from unfair discrimination (which is already covered by the Constitution). Hiding in the details, however, is a sinister plot to make transgenderism and everything that comes along with it, including child grooming, a constitutional right.
As far as we know, Nevada is the first state in the country to pass a constitutional amendment like this. It inserts and enshrines LGBT perversion into the same protected category as race, sex, color, creed, disability, ancestry, and national origin.
What this means for Nevada is that having a drag queen fetish, being a pedophile, or expressing some other LGBT color of the “rainbow” is something a person is born with and cannot change, and that must be protected constitutionally.
“This is extraordinary,” tweeted one LGBT activist in celebration of the move. “Nevada is about to add protections for sexual orientation and gender identity into its constitution. I believe this will be the first state to explicitly do so and they did by popular vote.”
Is election fraud responsible for the passage of Question 1?
Something that makes little sense with all this is that pre-election polls suggest that Americans of all ages and backgrounds are growing weary of all the LGBT perversion, especially as it pertains to children.
New York Post reporter and “culture war veteran” Ben Kesslen tweeted a graph – see below – that illustrates what he describes as growing “anti-trans backlash” across the country.

As you will notice, the trans acceptance is most prevalent among younger age demographics, presumably because they, too, were groomed at “school” into accepting sexual deviancy as the norm.
Going up the age chain, however – even just into the 30-plus category – all things LGBT become a lot less popular. People aged 30-44 overwhelmingly believe that American society’s “values on gender identity and sexual orientation are changing for the worse.”
Even in the 18-29 age demographic, less than half support the LGBT push. Thirty percent of young people believe that society is changing for the worse with all this, while 20 percent say they have no opinion one way or the other.
It is important to note that the poll, which was conducted by NBC News in the form of an exit poll, is a bit confusingly worded. So perhaps some people answered it wrongly because of poor reading comprehension?
The other possibility is that the election itself was rigged to ensure that Question 1 “passed” with flying colors, even though it does not match the results of exit polling.
“The simple solution is that everyone should now identify as a woman,” joked a commenter named Jason. “This makes you eligible for all kinds of stuff.”
“You don’t have to make any effort for it. Any argument or disagreement they have with you now instantly becomes transphobic and misogynist.”
Someone responded to this comment that the suggestion is “brilliant.” We can become a “nation of women” with “no men.” Next, we can self-identify as some other race, especially for those who have light skin, in order to take advantage of all the benefits available specifically and exclusively to non-whites.
“Popular vote is mob rule and not what the constitutional republic United States of America was meant to be,” wrote another commenter. “Just because you can convince 51% of the population of something doesn’t make it legal or lawful or right.”

I don’t believe that the majority in any US state has turned the corner to endorsing transgenderism. Even with all of those efforts most people are against it, or they will just back off into a form of neutralism when confronted with the issue.
We see now in the US more intense scrutineering efforts going on with the machines regarding vote counting, but only for the leading candidates. There are not even any anti-transgender organizations to check the number manipulations. If the Americans are to wake up and redeem their nation or to be leaders in anything worthwhile they will need to unify around a new Declaration which condemns all the brainwashing, psyops, fear porn, vote rigging, child abuse in all of its forms, and which will enshrine principles to advance integrity of the human person, the duty of honesty and full disclosure by government to the people, and the protection children and family values from all of these evils. Years ago….my youngest son…near 30years old now…..came home from school and told us he could call the police if we disciplined him..( I guess back then the school system wanted to “empower” children..the start of divide and conquer the family??).
I quickly retorted to my son that ….Yeah, what could happen is Me,…. my Wife…. or both of Us could be arrested.??? .maybe charged? ..go the jail?.. and our son would then be placed in a foster home,,with stangers…and I also added that there are a LOT of horror stories about foster homes.
Well suffice it to say nothing ever transpired (our 3 children turned our fine and very proud of them all)…but my goal was to nip the social engineering BS in the bud asap. We are the adult …those are children…we adults are in charge.

No, they can’t. Again, if you understood the constitution, it cannot be added to. Therefore any ‘law’ is in fact legislation and only has jurisdiction over those who contract to be under its jurisdiction.
I will again state plainly – the constitution trumps administrative law (legislation) and there’s no argument against it, period.

There are God’s laws (law of the land/Common Law/Universal Law) and then there is Administrative Law – legislation: Bills, Acts, Statutes (Law of the Sea/Admiralty law/legal law/Roman canon Law/Contract Law) which all fall below God’s law.
One law (God’s law) deals with the living person while the other law (Administrative) deals with the legal person. When one has ascertained that they are a living person and NOT a legal person, then those trying to enforce that law are completely powerless to do so.
To continue, any police man, who tries to enforce this over the living man, knowing full well he is a living man/woman is no longer acting under his oath of office, thus impersonating a peace constable and subsequent liable to be arrested by the citizen. Any judge, worth his salt knows the hot water they’re getting themselves into by trying to enforce legislation over the living person, that only has authority over the legal person.

Yes & No. The American Constitution is the bedrock of the United States of the USA. That was when the USA was a nation. However, when the Jew brought in the Trans Atlantic Slave Trade and then subsequently allowed them citizenship, along with all other non European peoples, this was when the USA STOPPED being a nation and a ‘globalist’ (I use that term only in that people on this website will understand its meaning) state. Just because God’s laws maybe trampled upon by corrupt lawyers, it doesn’t mean that they have won, far, far from it. To conclude, I know very well that the USA and the rest of the west has a corrupt police and judiciary, along with government, however, I also know that many people are fighting back.
For instance; every police officer, simply by being a police officer has broken their oath as peace constable. Now, how far do you think the police are going to get, along with the judiciary, when the public wake up to these facts? How do you think, for example, they will fair when the people realise there is NO LAW that stops them from buying, owning and carrying a firearm in public (here in the UK)? How do you think the politicians, the police and the judiciary will fair when the public start arresting ALL in public, after pulling their weapons on them? How are they going to fair when common law court de jures continue springing up, all over the land, having complete jurisdiction over all administrative court de factos?
You see, it’s quite easy to understand. Things are going to get bad. When things get bad, people ask questions. They start getting answers and they start getting angry. One part will go off like a headless chicken and start killing anyone and everything while the other part thinks about the best way of dealing with the situation. Whatever happens one thing is certain – politicians, police and judiciary are arrested, tried, found guilty of treason and genocide and imprisoned either for life or publicly executed.

One of our Canadian heroes was late lawyer Doug Christie who defended Ernst Zundel who questioned the Holocaust.
This was a rare event whereby the Canadian courts were caught off guard and ACTUALLY had to let this matter proceed to trial. Ultimately..the Jews not only lost..but lost badly.
Regardless….Doug Christie submitted one of many good realistic points, one being that :

Yes, I know the Zundel trial very well. I was a reader of the Zundelsite. I always remember the interview he gave with the Jew about Germany, him being a medic and speaking about the holocaust and Germany. A very interesting video.
However, I don’t quite think people are understanding the reality here. There are ‘crimes’ and there are ‘offenses’. While all crimes are offenses, not all offenses are crimes.
Ernst Zundel went to court because he CONTRACTED with the officials. He accepted to be tried, in a court, under their rules. Had he NOT given his name, thus NOT getting into a contract, then they would have had absolutely no right to try him. His trial, along with all other ‘holocaust/anti semite/hate speech/racism’ etc trials were made so by the would be defendant contracting, thus consenting to being under their jurisdiction.
A crime is one where a party is injured – physically or through theft. You CANNOT arrest a man/woman for speech. There is NO Law in ANY land that forbids expression. Unless you’re stealing from, assaulting or murdering another individual, you are NOT committing any crime.
People are not getting this simple reality. You CANNOT try the living person under the jurisdiction that has authority over the legal person (corporate sole/legal fiction). The legal person is NOT a living man/woman.
As people will know, the legal fiction is created the minute that the parents of a child sign the birth certificate and the contract is created.
However…
In order for a contract to be valid 4 elements MUST be adhered to: agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention.
Under ‘capacity’ it states:
“All parties must have the ability to understand the terms of and any obligations under the contract. Consent to the contract must be freely given. This means that there cannot be any coercion/force, fraud, undue influence, or misrepresentation.”
Therefore, it is clear to all, that parents who sign birth certificates ARE NOT given full disclosure of what the contract entails. More so, parents DON’T realise that a contract is being created and they’re agreeing to it by signing the certificate. To them, they believe that their child’s birth is simply being registered for almanac purposes. This is where the deception begins.
Therefore, if the parents do not realise there’s no contract being signed, they clearly have not been given full disclosure, immediately nullifying the ‘capacity’ element of the contract, making said contract invalid.
The same also applies to a police man who says “do you understand” once he has spoken to you? The individual being addressed merely thinks that the policeman is asking him if he ‘comprehends’ what has been said when the policeman is, in fact, asking the individual ‘if he stands under his authority’. The policeman is speaking legalese. The individual is being deceived. Full disclosure is not given, instantly nullifying the attempted contract.
The problem is, RAH, people should be learning common law in the west at school. They haven’t a clue that the law of the sea NOW controls their court rooms.
Why do you think courts are set up the way they are?
When you are called in the court room you sit in the dock. What else sits in the dock? Yes, a boat. You, by doing this small act, are actually ‘walking off of the land and into the sea’. You are moving out of common law jurisdiction into law of the sea jurisdiction.
People do not realise this.
When you are called to a court for some BS piece of legislation, you write back asking them for a signed contract, by you, with witnesses, in order that you go to their court to conduct business. Of course they don’t have it. They want YOU to make the contract by turning up and answering the questions of the judge (referee). Even better, when replying to the court, you also let them know that your time is money and that every letter, sent to them, thereafter you will be charging them ‘x’ amount of money.
People get into hot water because they DO NOT understand the common law of the land and willingly enter into contracts to be tried under law of the sea. More so, the judiciary knows, full well, that they are committing treason, along with the police (and the many other crimes explained in my previous reply to get you into the court) by trying the living person under the jurisdiction for the legal person. That is, in itself a crime. They continue to play this game because they know they’ve broken the law so many times that anyone who stands up to them and wins, means their inevitable incarceration for the rest of their life and very likely public execution for treason.
