The article noted that the writer was somewhat shocked as they attended a business meeting and sworn to secrecy ..the plan was much of the USA prison system was privatized and that by making RAP music increasingly violent and encouraging drugs … more blacks would end up in prison (ie the profits of these private prisons would rise).
