Earlier this year civic authorities in Moscow ordered the refurbishment of the 16,270 bomb shelters in Moscow, many in residential buildings.
Now Moscow’s Health and Education Departments have issued similar orders for all health and education buildings. In addition, Moscow’s hospitals have been ordered to prepare operating theatres in bomb shelters, either in the hospitals or in nearby bomb shelters.
This is being reported by the Hal Turner show below, but it is also being corroborated by other independent news outlets.
Of course this doesn’t mean that war with Russia is inevitable but civic authorities in Moscow appear to be preparing for just such an eventuality. Ed.
Moscow Hospitals Ordered to Equip and Stock Operating Rooms in BOMB SHELTERS

The Moscow, Russia, Public Health Authority has issued ORDERS to all hospitals to commence equipping and stocking Operating Rooms in the BOMB SHELTERS located in or near each hospital.
If the Hospital does not have its own Bomb Shelter, it must equip and stock an operating room in the nearest actual bomb shelter, starting immediately.
This ORDER comes just one day after a Presidential Decree placing all regions of Russia on “Basic war Preparation” with several Border regions placed on Elevated War Preparations, and four areas of former Ukraine placed on High War Preparation.
While this order appears to be recent, I think these preparations were done months ago.
All sheeple in the Moscow area will have access to over engineered nuclear bomb shelters, and these facilities exist in all Russian cities and towns. The NWO sect has no nuclear provision for their thicko sheeple.
I am sure that select sheeple, probably with no personal foreknowledge, will get a text, telling them to report to x location, telling them to bring their lambs, if they have any, and to not tell anyone about this instruction.
They must have some system to save who they think are important. They’ve probably even over subscribed places,.knowing their will be a failure rate, as some will ignore the offer.
And we’ve got bin bags. One of our public information pieces said there may be nuclear fallout, so get under a bin bag to get some cover from it. So they’re not even advising us to get under a desk anymore.
Jutin got his orders from ZOG (Zionist Occupied Globe) to invade Ukraine & eradicate as many white Ukrainian soldiers/civilians as possible via bombs, missiles, drones, guns etc. in Holodomor II–to further advance white depopulation on the planet. It has finally sunk in in Moscow that NATO is bent on all-out war. Europuppet leaders don’t give a damn if their entire countries are laid waste – they will on planes out.
