Even if Russians get a safe jab, this is bad in the West, making ordinary people think the jab is accepted world-wide. Shots that protect against, e.g., tetanus, are routine when soldiers are sent into combat. That, I should think, is what was compulsory for the Russian soldiers. But the waggamans of this world are making clot-shot of it.
