The RAF has sent four Typhoons and two F-35Bs to Finland and Sweden for joint training exercises.
It comes just weeks after Finland and Sweden applied to join NATO and is part of an “increased presence in the region”, the RAF said.
The presence was requested by the two countries.
Defence Secretary Ben Wallace said: “Finland and Sweden are important defence partners and we welcome their applications to join NATO, which will make the alliance stronger as we face a renewed threat in Europe.
“These deployments highlight our determination to enhance that partnership and ensure our forces can work together seamlessly.”
The British fighter jets have conducted “high-end warfighting training” with Finnish F-18 Hornets and Swedish Gripen aircrafts, the RAF said.
Swedish defence minister Peter Hultqvist said the joint exercises “strengthen our ability to operate together in response to a crisis in our neighbourhood”.
“This is particularly important in today’s challenging security environment.”
The UK signed mutual security assurance declarations with Finland and Sweden in May.
They are also both members of the UK-led Joint Expeditionary Force, a coalition of 10 nations.
The Finnish and Swedish governments must hate their own people. They must know that their countries and peoples will be sent back to the stone age, if they do anything stupid against Russia.
A Swedish “Defense” Minister’s only concern should be removing the car barbecuing/raping “migrant”/Somali trash from the country. Period..( In a normal world ). But, of course, in Jew World we’re not allowed to save our countries. ( ONLY Talmudia -Israel-has the right to exist ). No in Jew World provoking Russia is the primary concern of a “Defense” Minister.

Last I looked, the swedes were one of the richest peoples in the world. #2 or 3 as I recall. So why are the british paying for their “defence”? At a guess, because the war mongers in the air force need an excuse to have these killing machines, so they fly them about to make out they need them.

And in Britain the Royal Navy is threatening to tell Home Secretary Priti Patel they’ll not act as her boot-boys in the English Channel over the refugee crisis just to make her look tough. And disobeying orders can become popular. If they have any sense Admiralty should tell her they’re not going to send ships to act as bait for US hegemony and end up at the bottom of the Black Sea just so she can look tough over there too.
