This universe, ‘THIS’…oftentimes has me dumbfounded into silence. A humble ‘I know nothing’ kind of silence. Makow and Peterson are no oil paintings themselves (perhaps they are ‘Satanists’?) and at least one of them is a grizzled drug addict that has trouble with coherency, telling the truth about ‘jews’ and keeping his kitchen tidy….

Ms. Yumi Nu isn’t what I’d look for in a woman. That doesn’t mean to say that there wouldn’t be men who would find her attractive. There are plenty of over-sized fat boys out there, for whom Ms. Nu would be a complete dreamboat.
The tenor of this news-short is gratuitously flippant and deceiving. I immediately thought it was very unlikely that Jordan Peterson would call a woman a “pig” with such brazen disrespectfulness. He didn’t of course, which becomes apparent when you read the link. Henry Makow would have us believe that Peterson did though by the above juxtaposition of phrase.
It isn’t Jordan Peterson who holds women in such low regard. It’s Henry Makow. Whatever Peterson’s faults, he is not a misogynist. His objections were exactly what I anticipated them to be.
Like the many of us, Mr. Peterson is attentive to the steady subversion of all paradigmatic standards in the western world; ideals of physicality, which aspire to healthy well-being and emotional balance. It’s the fact that Ms. Nu is on the front of Sports Illustrated which Peterson finds ridiculous (as do I.) This woman clearly doesn’t play sports, (unless she’s a heavyweight wrestler.) If she were on the cover of Size Sixteen Plus Women’s Fashion Magazine, nobody, least of all Peterson would have given it a second thought. Beyond, “yuck” of course.
The popular delusion, too readily repeated, that “some men like fat women” I feel fairly sure was originally a rumour put about by fat women themselves. They knew that there was sufficient stock of men, of weak mind and unruly libido, whom they could lure. It is credit to fat women’s strategic wit that their manoeuvres proved bountiful.
Flubberghasting.
Considering that many of the women we see in swimsuit mags are actually men like Victoria’s Secret ‘women’, at least this lady is a real woman and with such large hips it is a sign of fertility, assuming she is unjabbed of course.
Something further, which I meant to comment on previously, is that nowhere, does it say, that Ms. Yumi Nu is an affiliate of any Satanic lodge or member of a coven. So, again, quite what Makow was doing, in framing this trifling dispute in gothic horror terms, I don’t know.
Why on Earth is the poor woman stigmatized as a “Satanist’s wet dream”? And anyway, how is Makow privy to the detail of satanists’ wet dreams?

It’s a very tricky concept … i.e. what is beautiful.
I, myself, don’t like fat women, but you have to remember that the proportions of the model above were the standard of beauty from the 16th century to the 19th.
Just look at all those Renaissance paintings of curvy women, and those Rembrandts.
I am not an art historian or a cultural critic, so I don’t know when, why, or how the standard of womanly beauty went form curvaceous to Victoria’s Secret skinny … and now, it seems, a little bit back to the chubby.
