my brother works at the UK flagship hospital Addenbrookes which now incorporates papworth
its so big they have buses to take people across the huge site

is tosh most wards are empty especially over night.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a british doctor or dentist. I can’t understand what most of them are saying. When I ask them to repeat it more slowly they get in a tizzy and accuse me of racism. The nhs has long been a Non Health Service in my opinion. Like all of britain, it’s being taken over by foreigners and will go down the same toilet as the rest.
