The United Kingdom has authorized the deployment of white helmets in Ukraine.
This alleged “non-governmental association” (sic) was created by a former British officer, James Le Measurer, Knight of the Order of the British Empire. It was publicized by the Foreign Office subcontracting communication company, ARK (Analysis, Research and Knowledge) and funded by the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Denmark, the Netherlands, Canada and Japan.

After a change of facade to make it appear less like a foreign government organization, it made a reputation for itself in Syria. It actually brought help to the population, but it also participated in the making of fake videos as well as war actions. For example, it took credit or having deprived the 5.6 million inhabitants of the Damascus region of water for more than 42 days (photo), which constitutes a war crime. The majority of its “volunteers” (sic) were members of Al-Qaeda and, later, Daesh.
The White Helmets have been banned from entering US territory under that country’s anti-terrorist laws. However, former President Barack Obama persuaded Netflix, where he is a producer, to devote a praiseful “documentary” to them.
The terrorist organization was unsuccessfully nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize.

These are all British army special operations or intelligence operatives. They should be a priority target for capture and interrogation by Russian forces. As in Syria, if there is a false flag chemcial or other incident, they will be the vehicle for it.
