The UK on Tuesday threatened to ban Twitter altogether and potentially jail Elon Musk if he violates their incoming “Online Safety Bill” by allowing free speech on his platform.
The move came just hours after the EU threatened to ban Twitter entirely if Musk allows free speech on the platform and the US threatened to “reform” Section 230 to hold social media companies “accountable” for the “harms they cause.”

Britain’s Online Safety Bill would make it mandatory for social media services to tackle both illegal posts as well as material that is “legal but harmful,” a vague definition that has attracted criticism from some in the tech industry over concerns that it may stifle free speech.
“Twitter and all social media platforms must protect their users from harm on their sites,” a U.K. government spokesperson told CNBC.
“We are introducing new online safety laws to safeguard children, prevent abusive behaviour and protect free speech,” the spokesperson said. “All tech firms with users in the U.K. will need to comply with the new laws or face hefty fines and having their sites blocked.”
The stakes for platforms like Twitter would be even higher under the Online Safety Bill, which threatens jail time for company executives for serious violations, as well as penalties of up to 10% of annual global sales.
The legislation, which is yet to be approved by U.K. lawmakers, is expected to become law later this year.
Musk said earlier in the day after the EU’s threats were issued that, “The extreme antibody reaction from those who fear free speech says it all.”
“By ‘free speech’, I simply mean that which matches the law. I am against censorship that goes far beyond the law. If people want less free speech, they will ask government to pass laws to that effect. Therefore, going beyond the law is contrary to the will of the people,” Musk said.
It’s truly remarkable how these Western regimes will condemn China and Russia for cracking down on dissent while they actively wage total war against free speech and free expression in their own countries against their own subjects.

If this is not a silly pantomime between Musk and the UK, it’s actually setting a very bad precedent. As in, how fast can we make our people even less free than China? And in fact in some ways China may already be more free then the so-called formerly enlightened West.
As I have said many times, Musk is one smart bunny. He’s way better than Gates, because Gates has set himself up to be hated. The new regime in Pakistan says Gates is very welcome to keep jabbing Pakistani sheeple.
The thing about ‘freedom of speech’, is that the UK laws, as the stand, allow you to say more or less what you like, bar personal damaging attacks, racism, and religion. Although, religion is a distant third.
So the regime is okay with you chatting in the street, your garden, in your kitchen, or down at the pub, if there isn’t a lockdown…
… but if you want to hire a hall for a legal public discussion, you will be blocked. Halls and public spaces are for birthdays, polling stations, fates, & book sales. Basically, you are forbidden from discussing anything of importance in an organised setting.
This is why the UK regime is quite frankly capping themselves over Twitter unleashed. The UK deep state ‘knows’ there’s a lot of anger simmering under the veil of fake news.

Carl Jones–if in Britain we are not allowed to talk racism, there is no Free Speech. What God decided that racism is not valid? But back to the article, what people really don’t understand is that they have 100% freedom of speech under common law. That is of course if they understand what common law is and know the difference between that and legislation. Of course they don’t. So, if the police try to arrest you for calling another man a nigger or a paki, then you ask them if they are under their oath. You then ask them if they uphold the common law and tell them it is their duty, as peace constables, to enforce the common law of the land, above ANY other (and that means administrative law). You also let them know as well that you do not consent to being under their authority, out with common law, meaning the Public Safety Act and that if they try to enforce it against your will, they will be committing common law breach of the peace, common law assault, common law kidnap and common law unlawful imprisonment should they take it further and arrest you. Also remind them that in doing so, they would be impersonating a peace constable and that the crimes they have committed, carry a custodial sentence under common law. They know this. This is why you do not trust the police because they stopped being peace constables a long time ago.
However, where can you get yourself into trouble?
Well, when you join up to any web, social media outlet, such as facebook and Twitter which, by joining them and creating an account you automatically sign a contract, which will most certainly mean abiding by your country’s legislation on speech and public behaviour. So yes, you, in creating a username and account, will be held liable for prosecution should you call someone a nigger or a paki. This is why you find so many people, being arrested and imprisoned for writing stuff on Facebook.
This action by the government, in creating the ‘Online Safety Bill’ is the second attempt at implementing the bill proposed by, the then conservative Home Secretary, Amber Rudd, back in 1917 which would see people who view ‘Jihadi’ material online, imprisoning them for up to 15 years, for repeated viewing. What the bill ALSO proposed was exactly the same treatment for anyone who viewed ‘far right’ material. We know that considering our government is communist, that means anything right of communism, which is pretty much everything NOT totalitarian. So, unless you’re part of the minority – non white, LGBTQ+, Jewish, communist, not British, then you’re pretty much f*cked! Anyone getting any ideas on freeing their nation, from the continuing implementation of communism and of course the Jews, will end up in jail.

Yes, very much torture them. The thought of languishing in a 3x3x3ft cell, fed, so as not to die from starvation, never allowed out, having other people above you, sh*t and urinate all over you, given sleep deprivation, fed sugary foods to rot your teeth, along with other means of medieval torture and current torture (waterboarding for example) and knowing that this will continue for years, decades even would be far worse than a simple hanging. No, I understand all too well. There is a vast difference between common law and administrative law. The law does not protect the rich. The common law protects all. It is simply that the police service (as you state) is property of the crown corporation and works for them. They would ALL be tried for treason and found guilty and they know this. The police do not uphold the common law. Hence why they are called police officers and not peace constables.

I have and what I described is the common law they are supposed to uphold, the common law they swore and oath to uphold. In saying what I do, I am reminding them of their duty. By not fulfilling their duty they are not upholding the common law and thus going against their duty. I also forgot to state simply that any police officer who is not upholding the common law is therefore NOT a peace constable and in dereliction of duty. They are therefore, under common law, impersonating a peace constable and you are perfectly entitled to use whatever force necessary to apprehend them. They also know this. So, bottom line is quite simple, when they get aggressive and lay their hands upon you, you do not allow it. You defend yourself. It’s that simple. Then you arrest them and handcuff them. And any common law court will find them guilty of said crimes listed in previous reply.

The reason the west is in the mess it’s in is because Jews control it through administrative law. Once you dismantle the system, institute common law, remove immigrants, that is not allowing them to work, rent, own businesses and property, but only allowed here on a tourist visa then you re-establish a community. In other words, doing this would be as Britain was (after a few generations of re-programming) without the aristocracy, landed gentry, police and judiciary, who’d be tried for treason and imprisoned. It was precisely with immigration that I had my disagreement with Carl Jones. And because of that, I believed him, to wrongly, be left wing. I do not have any malice towards any people, regardless of whatever nation they belong to, however, I am not favourable towards the Jews for obvious reasons. More immigrants = more competition for jobs = lowering of wages.
More immigrants = more need for housing = raising of rent and house prices.

As I said in a previous post you simply end all work for non indigenous, do not allow them to buy or sell property, own a business/property and rent. Let them travel as tourists, as the guests they are and put them back in their own lands where they can connect with their people, their culture and traditions.

OK, sounds reasonable but that’s not “immigration” that’s tourism.
Immigration is only beneficial in small fractions and of the right kind, if one knows what I mean. I’m not sympathetic to migrants at all, there’s no point in mass-immigration except Kalergi social subversion. To send them back is the right thing to do, of course Karens will not allow any brutal treatment. That said an English test for permanent “migrants” seems to be a good measuring stick. Don’t pass the test and you are out!

The Race Relation Act (not laws) of 1965, was intended for one thing and one thing only – the future colonisation of the UK, resulting in the destruction of the indigenous power within that land, turning it into a multicultural, multiracial melting pot, thus ending the indigenous peoples within. Both complain of racism and hatred, yet one is a professor in a Scottish university and the other a cabinet minister in the Scottish Parliament, a member of the Scottish National Party, nonetheless, amply showing that the SNP is most certainly not. Both seek to change Scotland. Humza Yousef complained of whites having too many top jobs – yes, seriously, he did. And of course he received many complaints and the police, as usual, went off to arrest those people for racism. Humza said “fuck you to the indigenous” and when the indigenous said it back they were arrested. I wonder if Humza Yousef thinks there are too many pakis in positions of power in Pakistan, or Nigerians in positions of power in Nigeria?
You see, these two individuals prove EXACTLY what happens when you put immigrants into positions of power and JUST WHY, no other nations, outside Europe have done the same. We, sadly, are under the control of ZOG and therefore have to accept cultural and racial demolition of our land, or else face hate speech and racism charges.
This is the main reason why there’s immigration. People like Humza Yousef and Professor Palmer are not Scottish and resent that fact. They resent that they will never be accepted as Scottish. The racism is, ironically, from them to Scots, as one seeks to destroy architecture and rename streets and buildings, most certainly naming them after black people who have nothing to do with Scotland, while the other wants to have an equal number of immigrant people of colour in top positions within the country. Again, where on this earth do you see this happening? No where.
And this was why my stance on immigration, drastically changed around 2007, when I effectively woke up to see what is the controlled takedown of the western civilization by the jew. If you can’t see this and are for immigration, then you really need to start looking deep into this.

Again, look at the world people. What’s happening in the west, in regards to immigration is happening ONLY in the west and nowhere else.
