More click bait BS backed up by “experts”. If it exists, why not use it against russia, china, iran, n korea, syria, etc? Also, why keep it a big secret instead of telling the world how very clever you are?
What exists is a bunch of lunatic “scientists” that have been trying for decades to do what this claims they can, but who failed every time (after pocketing hundreds of millions to “research” it). It’s the same scam as all the other “research” that does nothing but make the “scientists” rich.

It would be very lazy not to assuage a drought when they are able to, but in Serbia the Clintons stopped the rain with technology, and these hostile actions are the main ones.

I went out yesterday and bought some “tech” that changed my box into a mansion. Then I “teched” it into a flying house and moved to the bahamas. Now I just need the “tech” to make me young again and I’ll get all the girls anyone could want.

Also, what a waste of steam/heat which could be used instead of filling the skies with ‘clouds’?
