If there is war in Europe, the “U.S. dollar will get stronger initially and not weaker” according to Armstrong. Armstrong also says,
“This is all deliberate. There is no return to normal here. Unfortunately, this is where we are headed.”

Even if Russia just settled for the Dombas and the Mariupol land bridge which secures Crimea, the remainder of UKraine will carryon attacking the East, so Russia will be forced to use nukes, or fight a never ending war.
Putin has miscalculated in my opinion, but I am no military expert. He should have gone in very hard, hit Kiev, and UKraine would now be Russian, but demilitarised, in the sense that the remaining Russian forces would pose no threat to the West.
