NOW CONFIRMED: U.S Major General Roger L. Cloutier was captured by Russia while trying to flee Mariupol after giving military direction to Ukrainian and mercenary forces.
I had previously posted this as rumor. It is not rumor anymore. It is bad. An overt act of war the United States expected to get away with. Here is how he got caught, based on a summary of previous reports posted here
Russian forces cut off all ground escape routes which “trapped the high command of Ukranian forces”, which ended up not being Ukranian at all. The West was commanding the Ukraine war for most likely most of it. To avoid being caught, Western forces then attempted to clear their people via helicopter. Russia did a good job of shooting down helicopters. As the Russians advanced, military leaders from several countries, fed by American intelligence, sought refuge in a steel mill that American intelligence knew Russia wanted to avoid destroying at all cost. The steel mill was an excellent place to fight from which was a bonus, it was very easy to defend.
The American and Western forces kept sending helicopters only to have them shot down before reaching the steel mill. Then the Russians changed tactics. The tactical change was to allow the helicopters to reach the steel mill and land in open areas on the steel mill grounds, and then shoot them down when they tried to leave. They allowed, over time, 8 to land and pick up people from inside the steel mill. 2 of them got away, but in one of the six they shot down they found General Cloutier.
THAT IS BAD NEWS, because it proved beyond a doubt that the U.S. really was fighting the Ukraine war, on Ukranian soil. Russia can rightfully do whatever it wants to retaliate now.
TO CLARIFY: Early on the Pentagon commanded the Ukraine war. The Pentagon ordered the use of the Ukranian civilian population as human shields. I doubt the Pentagon ordered the killing of fleeing refugees but even the use of human shields, especially when commanded from abroad, is only one shade of gray off from that. The United States can rightfully be blamed for the atrocities that took place in Ukraine.
After the capture of the American general, the American MSM and American intelligence have kicked the lie factory into overdrive, and big tech got involved openly stating they’d de-monetize every media source that did not precisely push the lies in full form. Now all we are getting is how the Russians happily raped and murdered countless civilians, all the while the bodies of the dead civilians are still scarred by openly Nazi markings that were put on them for fun. AFTER THE WESTERN MEDIA OPENLY STATED NAZI UKRANIAN FORCES WERE FIGHTING THE WAR.
It was a complete flip of the narrative, like a switch, blaming Russia for leaving the Nazi markings on people when Russians are not that at all.

Foreign soldiers captured on an active battlefield are not advisers but are on active duty. Russia needs to make this formal by presenting its evidence to the UN, and while it’s America and it may not go anywhere at least the complaint of American involvement in Russia’s campaign will be formally recorded and the US can’t dismiss it as lies. And if Russia decides it must escalate then US involvement is already proven.
So if the US was running the Azov Battalion in Mariupol, they didn’t construct combat/escape tunnels.
One of the many reasons why the Russians didn’t enter Kiev is that they expect or know that MI6 has constructed tunnels under the city. As Boris stated, ‘The Russians can expect stiff resistance’. Just like Aleppo, and other Syrian cities.
Given the NATO disaster in Mariupol, maybe MI6 has considered its position in Kiev, who knows, but I would say the Russisns know, or have a very good idea where these tunnels are, and where they exit the city.
I did say from the outset that Russia had little to gain by going into Kiev, and they don’t want to destroy one of Europe’s top cities.
Now , what’s left for Russian , is to set up a Court to trial for War Crime ZATO & others instructors as war criminals .. Convict them & have a public Mondovision televised hanging of them.. Just , Pour encourager les autres !

This info may be true. Unfortunately, i do not consider using the word ” confirmed” to be sufficient evidence to verify the claim. It may be true but i still havent seen or read anything that could possibly confirm the statement.
What is to follow regarding the capture of the aforementioned General will lay everything open. Either this will be made public with all the repercussions one would expect of a situation of this magnitude. Or it will be underplayed and quickly forgotten. This is alone will clarify the often asked questions regarding Russian and to a large extent Putin’s role and allegiances within our current situation.
I think while Russia has right on its side to imprison a US General captured on its battlefield it probably still finds itself in a delicate position over what to charge him with. I’ve never heard of a General from a supposed non-belligerent army being captured before, and as such I would think however unwise he was to put himself in a position where he could be captured, I don’t see how he can be classed as other than a captured soldier. The fact the US isn’t officially at war with Russia doesn’t mean this General is guilty of war crimes, assuming that as a battle planner he hasn’t committed any.
Between the three of them …Russia, the General and the US… it may be a new legal case for which new guidelines will have to be written. I don’t think the legal minds who formulated the rules of war ever imagined having to set guidelines to deal with the pure raw stoopid.
foreign soldiers (mercenaries/terrorists) fighting in a foreign land i.e ukraine are not covered by the geneva convention. they should be publicly tried and executed including this usa general. russia should now press ahead quickly to subjugate/annihilate the azov brigade and thus force that comedian to the peace table and try him afterwards for crimes against his people. I blame myself for not have figure out before it happened what the “Ukrainian authorities” — read: the AschkeNAZI rulers in Ukraine — were up to when they yesterday for the first time ever urged the civilians in Donbass to flee. “Now is the very last chance to flee!” was the “warning”.
The Aschkenazi rulers in Ukraine have from the beginning tried to prevent people from fleeing the combat zones. They have shot at them, and killed many civilians who have tried to flee. That is because the Aschkenazis have used the civilians as human shields. This illegal tactics is the reason for the slow advance of the Russian forces in Donbass, in Mariupol and in other places. The Russians don’t want to hurt the civilian population more than what is unavoidable. Especially because the civilians in those areas are for the most part Russians.
So why did the Aschkenazis urge the civilians to flee? Do they not need them as human shields any more? Yes, they absolutely need them as human shields — so that Aschkenazi soldiers there can survive a bit longer. The warning was the alibi the Aschkenazis needed for their false flag operation — the bombing of the railroad-station — and they needed a crowded station to create a really bloody carnage. The sodomite-Aschkenazi bandit Zelensky very rapidly blamed the Russians for doing it — “intentionally”. And he had a cover-story ready about what the Russians are going to say about the massacre. So why didn’t the Russians announce this “cover-story” first if they did this bombing intentionally?
The truth is that the Russians had no motive whatsoever of killing those Russian civilians. Just the opposite.
On the other hand; The Aschkenazis had several motives:
1. To frighten their human shields from attempting to flee the areas.
2. To kill many Russian people, and put the blame on the Russians themselves.
3. To get a propaganda victory, and getting the western Aschkenazi-ruled nation to get even more involved in the conflict.
We know from so many other countries now that this is a typical, satanic, modus operandi of the satanic Aschkenazis.

I got a message from a friend, translated to English: ” Under the Azovstal industrial zone, owned by oligarch Rinat Akhmetov, allegedly the illegitimate son of former Ukrainian President Kuchma, there are 24 kilometers of tunnels at a depth of up to 30 meters. There is also a secret NATO facility PIT-404- and a secret NATO bio-lab with biological weapons. NATO officers are locked in the PIT-404 facility. The tunnels are equipped with an armored bunker system. There are about 240 foreigners inside, including NATO and French Foreign Legion officers, as well as biolab personnel. The Ukrainian citizen, known to intelligence as Klute, always accompanied the general as his traveling wife, confidante and interpreter. As soon as information was received that this lady had come to Mariupol, Russia launched a military operation and blockaded the city.
