If we are to believe the Russian Federation have ‘modernized’, & become more efficient,
Most of the undamaged but abandoned stuff would surely been in better working order with distinct, even if discrete markings.
On that showing, I’d say Ukrainian tackle.
If it is indeed damaged Russian Federation forces,
The Ukrainies must have a decent gaggle of prisoners.
