Canadians are sheeple, like sheeple all over the planet. The go off to the elites home turf to play the elites own game and the officials are bought and paid off.
There are many more effective ways to protest. Truckers just stay home, supporters can stop buying targeted products. If this movement has wide spread support, then some products just won’t be selling and some products have such high margins such as water & sugar drinks, the banks will feel the pain, & maybe, just maybe this protest could go global.
For every sheeple who gets arrested and fined, there are 100s who are turned off, they no longer are mentally engaged, because self preservation is a very deeply seated survival instinct. Even those who are in the front line, they only have so much emotional energy, they only have so many days of protest. The military has exactly the same problem, troops get tired.
Another method of protest, don’t go to sports events, in fact, don’t watch them on TV. If the protest has enough support, the media companies will get hit by massive falls in ad revenue… painful.
Just like the leaders of Occupy, who were deep state shill, I suspect the trucker leaders are also suspect.

Plant a Victory Garden, get a crockpot (corporate, if necessary), get an Amish farmer to raise a cow for you and/or neighbors to freeze, get into handloading ammo, etc. Make Passion Flower tincture and throw away the Antidepressants, take control of your own health care, hire a neighbor to fix your car — then tell you friends about him, etc. Host a potluck dinner every month to share ideas and “stuff.”
