The woman at the checkout counter frowned down at the twenty dollar bills I handed her.
For a moment I thought she was going to hand them back to me. Instead, she lifted each bill overhead and scrutinized them against the overhead light.
Then, she took out a special pen and ran it over each bill. I’ve seen people do that before with fifty and one hundred dollar bills, but never a twenty.
“Do you get a lot of counterfeit money in here?” I asked her.
She gave me a look like I’d just stepped off the turnip truck.
“All the time.”
Living in Los Angeles, I’m aware of our city’s high crime rate, but I didn’t know counterfeiting was a problem, especially a rash of counterfeit twenty dollar bills.
Counterfeiting is a crime that requires a minimal level of intelligence and sophistication. Those are two qualities lacking in almost everyone who resides in this city.

I’m more used to seeing the usual mindless and violent crime that Los Angeles is known for: assault, armed robbery, car jackings, and the old smash and grab. You’re familiar with that one, right? A gang of black “youths,” clad in hooded sweatshirts and wearing face masks to conceal their identity, storm into a jewelry or electronics store, hammers in hand, and smash open the glass display cases. They then grab whatever they want and waltz out.
Or, lacking hammers, packs of fifty or more “youths” descend en masse into an unsuspecting retail business, grab anything that isn’t nailed down, and run out the door.
Nobody lifts a finger to stop these marauding animals or the smash-and-grabbers, of course, because that would be racist, a crime far worse than the felony theft taking place.
I was stunned the first time I witnessed one of these spectacles. Dozens of black teens with crazed looks on their faces swarming all around me, huffing and grunting like wild animals. They smashed and knocked over displays, grabbed whatever they could and bolted for the door.
Ah yes, all those “poor little immigrants”.

Crime, especially violent crime, for years, a major aspect of numerous medium and large multicultural cities throughout the country, most people don’t care.
Years ago, an elderly friend of mine, used to talk about living in New York City during the 1930’s and 1940’s (about 90 percent Caucasian), he talked about sleeping on benches in New York city when unemployed, no problems, very safe. He claims women could walk alone on city sidewalks, anywhere in New York city, late at night, no problems very safe.
NOT ANYMORE. Multiculturalism doesn’t work. What’s the problem? The media (not Amish controlled) absurdly claims systemic racism (evil White people). Oh well.

My primary residence was in a black majority city, New Orleans, for 25 years. The amount of crime, especially violent crime, was stunning and out of control. And it sure wasn’t the white minority getting all savage around town, as over 95% of the crime there was committed by blacks. Where I now live has a very low black population and, thus, there is very little violent crime. When there IS a rare violent crime incident here, more than half the time it involves some mongrel Hispanics. At least the f*cking spics have a work ethic and strong family values, while a nigger would rape his own brother just for kicks.
The hordes of nigger street apes are a true menace to society and should be gunned down when they go on those outrageous rampages.
