@lewis jones. We had a flu scare in 1976 or thereabouts. The company I worked for supplied free flu shots and I went too. I nearly died. Don’t tell me that ordinary flu vaccines are not dangerous. Funny that flu disappeared when covid appeared.
The only time I remember getting the flu was back in the mid-’90s. Before then I used to say flu’s just a cold bad, isn’t it? Then this flu hit me. I couldn’t get warm at all and was shaking violently but it only lasted two days and a night and then I was over it. Today if people get that they say it was Covid, and a penny to a pound says because it was brief they’ll stretch those two days to a week.
