The Americans, wallowing in hubris and delusions of omnipotence, have blown the meeting with the Russians, as I expected them to do.
Russia’s deputy foreign minister Sergey Ryabkov expressed the Kremlin’s loss of patience:
“We do not trust the other side. It’s over, enough is enough.” The Americans “underestimate the gravity of the situation,” and failed to show an understanding of how key issues need to be resolved. “We are fed up with loose talk, half-promises, misrepresentations. It is absolutely mandatory to make sure that Ukraine never ever becomes a member of NATO.”
Ryabkov said he will make a decision on January 13 whether to continue the meeting.

Ryabkov said if the militarization of Russia’s border by Washington did not cease, the Russian military will respond in a way that “will inevitably and unavoidably damage the security of the US and its European allies.” “We are calling on the US to demonstrate a maximum of responsibility at this moment. Risks related to a possible increase of confrontation should not be underestimated,” Ryabkov said, adding that “significant” effort has been made to persuade the Americans that “playing with fire” is not in their interests.

The insouciant State Department replied that NATO won’t stop expanding.
PCR fails to set this perceived US diplomatic failure into context.
The US and UK don’t give a crap what happens on the European mainland. Most EU leaders are CIA/MI6 assets, a legacy from WW2, and if they don’t actually control a leader, they are surrounded by CIA swamp rats.
Why would Finland and Sweden be queuing up right now to join NATO? Just one nuke on Helsinki and most of the Fins are gone. It might be an extreme way to look at things, but that is the reality. I doubt the Fins have a political choice, just as all the other so called democracies offer no realistic choices.
Why are so many countries lining up to to business with China, because the City & Wall Street controlled institutions have failed… by design. There’s even talk that China could gain a foothold in the West Indies.
This gives context, because the US and UK gave very few options where they can xxxx over some country and not get caught. In my mind, only the EU is left, and this is why they don’t care.
The US is trashing the Turkish economy, they are fermenting war in the Balkans, they have extra heat on the Russian and Belarus front, and they have a powder keg ready in Ukraine.
And the real shocker, these issues aren’t even on the sheeple radar. Ukraine is a given, but I wouldn’t be surprised if Russia invaded Finland due to its proximity to Moscow.
I can also see Russia putting a lot of military hardware and men in Belarus & right on the Belarussian Western border.

America has lost a lot of battles but has learned nothing. Killing more civilians than the enemy kills your soldiers is not winning a war, it’s committing atrocities.
