Just in from France. See link below (in French). Rich elderly man with lots of life insurance (millions) for his family’s benefit dies from covid jab (not disputed by the doctors, nor his life insurers).
Insurance company refused to pay out because the taking of experimental drugs, treatments, etc., is excluded from the policy. The family take the insurance company to court, but lose.
The judge states, “the experimental vaccine side effects are publicised and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab. There is no law or mandate in France, which forced him to be jabbed.
Therefore, his death is essentially suicide”. Suicide is also excluded from his policy.
If anyone ever challenges you on whether these jabs are experimental or not, and that neither the pharmaceutical companies, nor governments, nor anyone else but YOU are responsible for accepting them.
If you die, legally you have committed suicide. No insurance, no payouts, no refunds. You are on your own!

In a case reported on TapNews the family of a wealthy Frenchman had his life insurance company refuse to pay out. The family sued and lost the case. The judge ruled “there is enough evidence out there to indicate the jabs are dangerous, and as there was no mandate the jabs he took were voluntary and so in effect the deceased committed suicide.” And no life insurance policy pays out on suicide.
This court ruling may have saved one insurance company a few million but it must also be a fly in the ointment for future mandates, ie. anybody forced to take a jab and dies was forced to commit suicide.
You also have no human rights, health insurers will not deal with experimental jabs
This must be heart braking for the family involved, first they lose their father, then the Insurance company refuses to pay out.

Yes, but the ‘experimental vaccine’ is neither experimental nor a vaccine.
It has already been proven to neither stop the spread of covid, not cure the sufferer of covid, which incidentally has never been isolated, ergo doesn’t exist! Therefore it is not a vaccine.
Copyright of the various vaccinations already proves they’re older than the dates we’re told. Therefore highly circumspect. Moreso, experiments have already been done on animals with all dying after days/weeks of being injected, therefore the outcome is known in animals and courtesy of the vaccine rollout statistics, on humans too.
You do not go into a court de facto. You go into a court de jure, under common law, state your case which is clearly murder, treason and genocide. You’ll have statistics to prove it. You’ll also have many doctors, surgeons, virologists, brave enough to stand up, to side with your case.
There last thing you do is go down any legal route. All doors are closed on that. They have armies of lawyers, skilled in legality to destroy you. That’s a lesson in futility there and a very costly one.

You do know that Trump took the vaccine and is responsible for Operation Warp Speed, the project that is responsible for the creation and mass delivery of the COVID-19 vaccine. At a recent public event, he and Bill O’Reilly admitted to taking the vaccine and the booster. They are saying these things because they are seeing thousands of Trump supporters who are unvaccinated and taking up hospital beds and dying en masse in many hospitals across the nation. These hospitals are having to turn away people who have illnesses and injuries that are life threatening yet treatable. Many of these people are dying because they have to be transported hospitals hours away.

While I generally agree with you, the problem with going the common law route is that most judgements made in the plaintiffs favour, such as the life insurance story above, will go nowhere until the enough of the public is educated and gets on board with it. Only then can an effective enforcement mechanism be set up with common law constables and so on.
Perhaps a better approach for the time being might be to use the legal system to our advantage before it ever gets to court, sort of like judo where you use an opponent’s strength against himself. What I mean is that if people are knowledgeable (and courageous) enough, they can use the system’s own legal code to set up a private society with a membership system. That would work for a business, say, where members (customers) are required to sign up and pay for products through a ‘donation’. In this way the authorities will have more difficulty harassing and prosecuting them (ie; during lockdowns) because they are acting legally within the framework of the rules (acts, mandates, statutes) that are already in place.
I don’t know the ins and outs but I believe a number of small sized businesses (gyms, health product shops) have done this and been able to successfully navigate around any legal action taken against them by the state. Problems are usually sorted out through paperwork, and a (high) hourly fee can be set. For example, if the govt calls you to court you can require that they pay for your time. It’s all commerce, right! The same applies to cops coming to your home or business. They need to make an appointment and pay your fee.
Obviously this wouldn’t work in situations like the life insurance payout, although there is a silver lining because it is only through egregious cases like this that the public will be forced to wake up and do something about the yoke we’re under. The judge was wrong to call it a vaccine and experimental as you say, but I think he had a point when he said, “… the side effects are publicised and the deceased could not claim not to have known about them when he voluntarily took the jab. Although unfortunate for the man and his family, ignorance is not really an excuse in this case, at least IMHO.
The cull is failing due to growing opposition. Having destroyed all trust in government, police, the military, and most of all, in the medical mafia, now showing it’s true nature for all to see, the “powers that SHOULDN’T be” (PTSB) know that their power is coming to an end, and they will face the wrath of the People if they don’t come up with something (they hope) none of us will have predicted.

Everything that ISN’T common law (the only law of the land along with natural law above it) is ADMINISTRATIVE Law. Admiralty, Maritime, Law of the sea, Contract law, civil law, Roman Canon law etc ARE ALL Administrative law and all are below Common law and Natural law.
Natural law and Common law deal with the living man/woman/person. Administrative law deals with the corporate sole/legal person/legal fiction. No adminstrative law has ANY authority over the living man/woman/person UNLESS they submit to being under their jurisdiction. This is where legalese comes in and their creation of contracts through using one’s name/signature. However there are 4 elements to a contract and all must be fulfilled in order that that contract be valid. These elements are – agreement, capacity, consideration, and intention. Within the capacity element the contract must be FULLY explained to all parties. As you know this is not the case. The people, whom the police arrest, do not know anything about any contract and are duped, unknowingly, into signing the contract. Therefore, all contracts are invalid in this case.
I understand that you say admiralty law is the problem, but it isn’t just this law. ALL administrative law, of which admiralty belongs, is a problem. A crime is only a crime if an individual has brought harm to another, physically or by theft. And then there of course is having sex with your neighbour’s wife which is also a crime and no longer adhered to by the courts. Administrative law is nothing but the umbrella that all of these ‘contract laws’ sit under. All are to do with the taking of moneys, from the individual by the state.
We need to not just remove admiralty, but ALL administrative law from any interaction between peoples, unless of course, in the manner for which they were created – trade/running of businesses/organizations.

Much of what you write I understand and have knowledge of. However, when you go down the legal route and start charging then you’ll run into a problem:

While I agree, remember that you’re taking on a system armed to the teeth with lawyers, skilled to outdo you every turn. So, if you’re taken to the court de facto and you charge £123,000 ph, then if you don’t win, the court will then charge you, the cost of your hourly wage and court charges, leaving you greatly out of pocket and very possibly in a position of a custodial sentence. Debtors prisons may come back into play in the very near future.
The system is the beast ieu. It needs to go, lock, stock and barrel. All peoples need to be educated on common law. I understand your judo/aikido/ju jitsu ideology of using their force against them, but again, it’s a game. You’re not guaranteed to win, especially when the court is corrupt.

They are seeing thousands of Trump supporters who are vaccinated.
Shawn, those taking up hospital beds are vaccinated people, not unvaccinated. The disease is the vaccine, not the lie that there’s a ‘covid’ virus flying around. The msm, the government, the health services are all lying about unvaccinated taking up hospital beds, so much so that the vitriol I hear from nurses, online, speaking out about having to treat the unvaccinated is growing, showing overwhelmingly that they’re not only idiots, utterly indoctrinated morons, but clearly shouldn’t be in the position they’re in.
