A 25-year-old Guatemalan soccer star collapsed during training and tragically died shortly after being rushed to hospital.
Marcos Menaldo, a defender who played for Deportivo Marquense, reported suffering breathing difficulties during the training session on Monday.
“The tragedy occurred at the Marquesa de la Ensenada Stadium where Menaldo received emergency CPR treatment on the pitch in San Marcos before being transferred to the Hospital de Especialidades where he died,” reports the Mirror.
Menaldo was a fan favorite after leading his team to the second division title last month.
“A young, dynamic and jovial person, this happens to him. It is quite strong and shocking because you lose not only a player, you lose a friend,” remarked Hernan Maldonado, Deportivo’s club president.

“They transferred him to the assistance centre where they did everything possible. But unfortunately, the death was confirmed,” he added.
The report notes that Menaldo’s death tragically followed that of Croatian footballer Marin Cacic, who died in similar circumstances just before Christmas after suddenly collapsing during training.
The 23-year-old was diagnosed with heart failure before being rushed to a nearby hospital but died on December 23rd.

Back in November, German newspaper Berliner Zeitung published a report seeking to answer why an “unusually large number of professional and amateur soccer players have collapsed recently.”
Other footballers to develop sudden heart or breathing problems in recent weeks and months include Sherrif Tiraspol winger Adama Traore, Sheffield United’s John Fleck, and Manchester United defender Victor Lindelof.

FC Barcelona’s Sergio Agüero, the 33-year-old striker who had to be withdrawn from a match after 41 minutes suffering from dizziness and breathing difficulties, was also recently forced into early retirement.

As we previously highlighted, other professional athletes have also recently suffered similar health problems, including 24-year-old Slovak hockey player Boris Sádecký, who tragically died after collapsing on the ice during a match last year.
28-year-old bodybuilder Jake Kazmarek also died “unexpectedly” four days after taking the COVID jab.
After questions began to swirl about whether vaccine side-effects were playing a role in the spate of incidents, media outlets reassured the public that that this was merely a “coincidence.”
That didn’t stop ex-England pro Matt Le Tissier from calling for a full investigation.
'It might not be because of the vaccine, but let's have an investigation to find out what it is. Even saying that deems you to be some kind of anti-vaxxer, which is absolutely disgusting.'

“It’s been very concerning for me watching the sport that I love and I played for 17 years…in all that time that I played I never once saw any footballer leave the pitch because of heart issues,” said Le Tissier.
“Now I’m sorry, but if anybody can look at what’s happening now in the world of sport and say it’s normal for all of these people to be having heart issues, in football matches, cricket matches, basketball matches, any sport you wish, these people, the amount of people that are suffering is going through the roof,” he added.
During a viral podcast with Joe Rogan which was subsequently censored by YouTube, Dr. Peter McCullough warned that soccer players collapsing could be linked to vaccine-induced myocarditis.
McCullough warned that myocarditis has become at least 50% more common than predicted by US public health ‘experts.’
During a live radio show in the UK, ex-footballer Trevor Sinclair mentioned a potential link to vaccines, but he was cut off shortly after beginning his statement.

“25 year olds have heart attacks all the time.
Why is everyone freaking out about this?”
@ Tim Pool.
Care to provide me the names of those who have – prior to 2020?
Connecting dots is obviously NOT your strong suite.
At least we now know which team you’re on.
Had your jabs Tim? I’d stay off the football pitch if I were you . . .
Always a negative out of every positive. Look at the positive here:
1. Footballers are brain dead, distractors from reality, for the masses. They are the drug of majority. Less footballers – less distraction.
2. The more footballers start dying, the higher the chance their brain-dead followers might start joining the dots.
Never been a fan of football. Completely pointless, waste of space activity. Does absolutely nothing for the betterment of society, other than keep people for who play it. That’s it. As said, fantastic at keeping people from looking at the man behind the curtain.
Seems perfectly normal to me. I’m a soccer (I know, I know, football) referee on the side and work matches from youth club up through college level and I have to dodge the crumpled bodies of players all the time on the pitch. I mean it has always been a minefield of corpses out there. Most of my agility training is geared toward player-corpse avoidance on the run. Yup, athletes at high fitness levels have always been cardio-vascular time-bombs…oh wait, the opposite of that is actually the truth, at least prior to the toxic sludge injections being rolled out.
Anyone who doesn’t see this connection is hopeless.
The language around the jabs is being changed again as the increasing number of jabs required is now being called the “primary series”. Next they’ll just change what constitutes the primary series, as though that somehow doesn’t mean endless shots.
“The technical definition of ‘fully vaccinated’ — two doses of an mRNA vaccine or one dose of the J & J vaccine — has not changed,” CDC spokeswoman Kristen Nordlund said in a statement, according to The New York Times. “Individuals are considered fully vaccinated once they have received their primary series.”

@Umbra Bellator
When I played football as a youngster it was the happiest I ever was. I don’t pay to watch, nor is it a passion that engulfs any substantial part of my life now, but when I’m not trying to save the world – as one does 😊 – and relaxing from the intensity of the scamdemic etc I do enjoy it as a visual spectacle.
You’re doing a grand job with the young folk mate…
And, yes, if a few very high profile players drop dead from the jab it WILL help the general awakening.
Well ?? He was vaccinated , and if he wouldn’t have been, then it would have been worst …
@ Simon Smith
I appreciate it, mate. And you are right, there is much more joy evident in the younger players, the youth. I went from refereeing a college match one day to doing a match of 10 year old academy players the next and working with the kids was heavenly and so much more gratifying. I actually had parents approach me after the match and thank me for explaining my calls and the laws to the young players during the match – they told me I was the only referee who did anything like that and I was the only person who could get the kids to understand offsides. lol
I enjoy the physical challenge of refereeing high level high school, club, and college matches, but it’s dreadful other than that, the unsporting conduct, the pissing and moaning, the out of control behaviors from coaches, players, and spectators these days. I pride myself on still being able to keep up with the speed and endurance of fit, fast 18 year olds, but there is no joy in the game nor the players at that point; the youthful happiness was destroyed along the way once they hit overly-competitive club ball, where a screaming parent thinks their kid is the next Ronaldo when they’re actually an uncoordinated stumbling retard whose joy of the game is being beaten out of them. At this point, I’ll take a match of 12 year olds over high school or college any day.
