Over the past three decades, Iran has developed and fielded a broad array of short, medium and long-range ballistic and cruise missiles. Tehran sees these capabilities as its main guarantee of strategic security against foreign threats, and has eschewed all efforts by other countries to put limits on its conventional missile arsenal.
The Revolutionary Guards’ Aerospace Force simultaneously launched 16 ballistic missiles of various classes on Friday during the final day of the Great Prophet 17 exercises, with footage of the launch captured by local media.

Among the missiles launched were the Emad, Ghadr and Sejjil medium-range ballistic missiles, which have a range of between 1,700 and 2,500km, the Zelzal – a massive unguided artillery rocket, which has an estimated range of 200km – and the Zolfaghar, a missile with a 700km range and an estimated accuracy of within a metre of its target. Iranian media says all 16 missiles hit their intended targets with 100 percent accuracy.

The final day of the drills also saw the simultaneous deployment of 10 drones, with footage showing Mohajer-6 UAVs taking on two naval targets using Ghaem-5 guided bombs.

The Great Prophet 17 drills kicked off across the southern Iranian provinces of Bushehr, Hormozgan and Khuzestan on 20 December, with portions of the waters in the Persian Gulf and the Strait of Hormuz also cordoned off for the exercises. The drills included mobile firing of anti-ship missiles by fleets of fast-moving missile boats, and the first time cruise missiles were fired from the Shahid Roudaki, a 150-metre multi-purpose oceangoing warship built out of a converted cargo vessel.

The exercises also saw Revolutionary Guard cyber units suppressing mock enemy air defences using electronic warfare tools to poke holes in enemy missile defences.
Response to ‘Empty Threats’
Iranian Armed Forces chief of staff Mohammad Bagheri stated Friday that the Great Prophet 17 drills were carried out when they were for a specific reason: threats coming from Israel.
“This exercise was planned in advance, but the numerous empty threats of the Zionist regime’s officials in recent days caused this exercise to take place at this time,” Bagheri said. The commander warned that “if the officials of this regime do a damn thing [against Iran], we will cut off their hands”.
Bagheri did not elaborate on what “threats” from Israel he was referring to. However, earlier this week, incoming Israeli Air Force commander, Tomer Bar, warned that Tel Aviv could attack the Islamic Republic’s nuclear facilities as soon as “tomorrow” if ordered to do so. The 52-year-old says that he expects an Israeli attack on Iran to happen within his lifetime.
Earlier this year, Israel set aside $1.5 billion in its defence budget to prepare for possible strikes on Iran, either independently or in coordination with Washington. That amount accounts for less than half of the $3.8 billion in military aid sent to Israel by the United States in 2021.
On Monday, Gholam Ali Rashid, the chief of the Iranian Armed Forces Central Command HQ, suggested that Israel wouldn’t dare try to strike Iran without first receiving a “green light” from the US. The commander warned that any strike would spark a “crushing attack [by Iran] on all bases, centres, paths, and space used to carry out the aggression without delay.”
Israeli officials have spent decades accusing Iran of seeking to develop nuclear weapons, with pressure by Mossad and former Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu proving instrumental in lobbying the Trump administration into pulling out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action nuclear deal in 2018. Israel subscribes to the so-called ‘Begin Doctrine’, named after former Israeli Prime Minister Menachem Begin, under which it gives itself the unilateral authority to target any country in the Middle East it suspects may be building nuclear weapons. Tel Aviv has already implemented the doctrine twice, first against Iraq in 1981, and then against Syria in 2007.

Then there are various Iranian groups such as Bahaeis who are pro-Zionists, so it is not as easy as you imagine to just collectively paint everyone like that. The Majlis building indeed has lots of masonic design elements and is overdone too, but it started during Shah’s time and at the chaos of revolution no one was paying attention to these things. What is commonly known is that a sect of Shiites led by Hassan e Sabah made an impressive and impregnable castle called Alamut in Qazvin-Iran (it’s ruins are still there as a museum) they were engaged in highly efficient assassination of key political and military targets from both Muslims and Christians during the Crusades. Some say because they used Hashish before assassination and others say because of the name of their leader they were called Hashishins and this is the root of the word “Assassin” in English. Their HQ castle only fell after the Mongol invasion, huge libraries there were burned too. The computer game and movie Assassin’s Creed was made based on this. In the movie they show the “forbidden apple” or the source of knowledge and immortality that apparently this group was trying to save!
What you don’t know however is that this group contacted the Jews and transferred much of their shadowy organizational tactics and strategies to them. For all of this to make sense you need to know the history of Shiites Imams, I’ll try to be brief.

During the 6th and 7th Imams, things got very complicated and even harder for Shiites, they had to create undercover networks to communicate and advance. When you read the history, it becomes clear just how difficult it was for the books of hadith and teachings to pass on. Anyone who would stare at Imam when brought in public would be questioned and probably killed for probably being a Shia! Many Shiites became beggars in Samera and waited for weeks just to get a chance to see their Imam. A group of Shiites branched out when Ismail the elder son of the 6th Imam died, they seriously damaged the Shiite network and many were discovered and killed. From this point on Shias were told to prepare for being led indirectly and later even close Shiites communicated with Imam from behind a curtain to get used to not seeing the face of Imam. As for the new Shiite sect, later on they were led by Hassan e Sabah and moved to the mountains and built the Alamut castle, and eventually they allied with the Jews and as we believe much of the Jews’ organizational and undercover network building was learnt from them. The Wahhabi extremist and their crypto-Jews in Saudi Arabia accuse Shia of Taqia and hiding the truth, in fact Taqia is only for when you fear for your life so you can lie about your true allegiances. This was the case throughout much of the history; in fact much of the problems for Prophet’s family and daughter started right after him. So Taqia was a doctrine of survival, however when you are powerful there is no need for Taqia. How do you exactly think Iran became a Shiite country? Fast-forward and an Islamic Revolution happens and then it grows and reaches the Mediterranean Sea, to believe that it all just happened by chance is very shallow indeed. After the 12th Imam, 64 Za’eems led Shia and prepare the way for the return of power to the true Islam (in our view). Iran’s current Supreme Leader is the 64th in the line of Shiite Za’eems (representative of the divinely chosen leader/Imam of time).
Now truth or lies forget all of that… what is so special about Twelver Shiites that makes it a serious enemy of Zionists and Satanist Globalists?
They are not passive an actively seeking acquisition of power. You see, a Sunni Muslim also believes in Mahdi but they are not sure when he would arrive as savior, he may not be even born yet in their view, so they are waiting for their Savior to arrive just like everyone else, until then they are just passive and waiting. In contrast Mahdi عج or the 12th Imam is waiting for his people to catch up and not the other way around. This makes Shiites very active and so a serious danger for any power that seeks dominance.
