No one who has spoken up on the carbon issue has the credentials of Noack but it is likely the asinine inclusion of the graphene-oxide, razor-blade nanoparticles are intended to assist in the process of making our bodies electronically tapped into their world-wide AI control grids. There is nothing inconsistent with the either deliberate and criminal recklessness of injecting such particles into a human being and not caring about the actual risks of the particles killing doing serious harm and killing people, and also asserting some spurious ownership rights over the genetically altered vaccinated subjects.
Each expert looks at what is going on generally only from the perspective of their own silo. They are trained in the discipline of doing that. To go into the actual planning evidence of the psyop and the actual purpose of the vaccines which are clearly not to make us safe from anything but ourselves, is to step outside of their field and many feel only serves to discount their authority they have from their silo. That is why the expertise of all of the independent experts have to be used like pieces of a puzzle to determine what is actually going on.
What we are up against is a huge beast with tentacles everywhere. It is also very hard for someone with just genetic, legal or carbon expertise to see the whole picture. Most sane people just can’t get their heads around this stuff. It is just too big and far reaching. It is similar to the psychology of the big lie where most people just cannot imagine someone telling such a big lie and tend to believe it is true. What other explanation do we have with the insanity of people taking vaccines they do not have a right or redress to know what they will do to them, what is really in them, much less what their real purpose is. It is just too big and complicated for their minds to think that the reason for the vaccines is for anything other than to make everyone safe.
What we have to remember is that what is being rolled out now was actually in the planning stages at least before the Earth Summit in Rio in 1992 revealed in UN Agenda 21 the Western establishment plans for this century. For their NWO controls biological nanoengineering was already underway by then and in fact one of the chief benefactors and backers of the technology and the UN Agendas was Victor Rothschild himself, who was a man who had his fingers well into the plans of what is occurring today. We find it very difficult to fathom what is really going on today because the people we are up against not only control most of the information, power and money, but they plan 50 to 100 years in advance. It is only when they do something like release a bioweapon virus to impose controls and cancel our rights that we start digging to find out the real purpose. With the facts now being overwhelming that the vaccines were never necessary for such a virus, and especially with all of the gross exacerbations and the suppression of any really treatment to protect cure people to make way for the vaccines, do we wake up to the fact that the entire purpose of the pandemic is simply to inject us with substances through which they can exercise complete mass control over every aspect of our lives, all justified in the minds of their sycophant followers on the basis of their manufactured and exaggerated sustainability perils you see in the Agenda 21 documents and references.

It was the same pattern for population control efforts by the same crowd working in tandem with their governments, universities, Foundations, and oligarchs in the West. In the 1960’s they spread the myth of population peril and worked and did everything in their power through the change of laws and their control of the media and entertainment industry to undermine morals and the family system and to take procreation out of sex. You will notice that it was the brainwashed subjects of the West which drank the Kool-Aid by the gallons, resulting in a birth dearth and a demographic nightmare that we have to in fact import millions of people onto our shores to sustain our own populations. They could not impose their polices on the resto of the world unless they could exhibit their actual culling practices to the people and those they selected to run those nations. They totally screwed the natural progression of our Western nations with their polices and the futures of our own cultures.
There never would have been such Rothschild interest in biological nanoengineering unless it was related to more and more control, and ultimately population control. AI was already in the works at least 20 years ago and Gate’s sales stuff of making us into computers linked to Microsoft and other networks was not pie in the sky but rather recruiting to get more people onside and in their pay.

The Noack razor blade stuff is far far more likely to be the true reason for the graphene since it makes sense biologically and explains the micro-clotting from endothelial cell damage, and all the other acute reactions, and he is correct, the size is right for destroying cells by slicing the cell membrane.
It is probably also how they get the very unstable mRNA into cells to be expressed.
