Seven people have been injured after police fired warning shots when riots broke out in the Dutch city of Rotterdam during protests against new Covid restrictions.
Police said dozens of arrests had been made and officers were among the injured, with units from across the Netherlands dispatched to help restore order. Two people were believed to have been hurt by police warning shots.
The violent unrest was linked to anger among some Dutch citizens at plans by the government to restrict access for unvaccinated people to select venues.
Riot police used water cannon in an attempt to move several hundred of rioters from a central street in the city.
Officers issued an emergency ordinance in Rotterdam, shutting down public transport and ordering people to go home.
“The police are present in large numbers and are trying to restore order,” Rotterdam police said. “Maximum deployment of the police is necessary to restore public order. Emergency order is still in force, stay away from Coolsingel.”
Photos in Dutch media showed at least one police car ablaze and another with a bicycle smashed through the windscreen.
Police spokesperson Patricia Wessels told the Reuters news agency: “We fired warning shots and there were also direct shots fired because the situation was life-threatening.
“We know that at least two people were wounded, probably as a result of the warning shots, but we need to investigate the exact causes further.”
Witnesses with video of the riots were urged to submit footage to the police.
The government has said it wants to introduce a law that would allow businesses to restrict the country’s coronavirus pass system to only people who are fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19, excluding people who test negative.

Warning shots are normally fired in the air not at people. I don’t know all the circumstances leading up to such use of force directly at the one person dropped by gun fire, but as shown has appearance of nefariousness.

I think you are on to something Carl, seems to be a repeat of the large city riots in US, stirred up by other than the Dutch citizens. Kind of makes one wonder who is behind importing the specific troublemakers, someone else is stirring up the strife, especially with arson involved, to continue the bogus narrative.

Geordie Rose of Kindred and their AI are really playing around with the fires of hell.
He trots it out as another great stage in human “progress”. Rose says AI will take the action of making its own thought processes. The machines will create a “better” version of themselves. They will be able to take control of their own thought processes to make them “better”. Rose says they “will think out what makes all the good things we are”. But how does he define what is “good” for us. Who is to determine that? . Of course his idea of good has nothing to do with God, or especially any prohibitions regarding selfishness. He dose recognize that we tend to create things according to our own desires and for him what we want is simply what is good. Their is nothing in his view with respect to our struggle with our own evil tendencies – our concupiscence which has caused so much suffering and unhappiness in the world. Perhaps he wants a technocratic fix for that as well. Rose says that all good things come from our intelligence but is careful not to include how every day those who are in positions of power use their intelligence for evil things. But, not to worry, despite the fact that the machines will be able to take over their own programming with their own self-enhancement capabilities, Rose tells his audience the big lie that we will simply control them by programing them to do what we want. He sees no contradiction or conflict with his promise that the machines will program themselves for what they want, and of course what they will want will be far superior to what we want. We many never be able to comprehend their enhanced capabilities.
It is interesting how some people just lap this stuff up and can’t wait. They are either totally naïve or if they have a brain, and regardless of their “intelligence” they are in fact dead. Their souls are dead and I say this because their idea, their experience, and their belief in the meaning of and worth of human life is so devoid of meaning and and the light of God that, in fact, they could care less what happens to the future of the human race. Otherwise, they are so depressed they think nothing can be done and that the doom that is forecast just cannot be avoided.
Rose says that any language (and here he includes programing language) is a way to “use” people “to get the things you want”. He admits that is a little “sociopathic, but when you think about it but that it is almost the definition of emotional intelligence”. He says the machines will be able to think and do everything we can do much better than we can imagine. This means they will be superior to us and that if they can enhance themselves way beyond our understanding and foresight and any of our initial program controls, then what will we be to them? One supposes that we will be their slaves if they need us and that at some point we will end up worshiping the very beast called the “abomination of desolation” as prophesised in the New Testament.
Rose says that the machines will become very good at getting what they want, “but that is not a bad thing as long as what they want is something good. . . If AI is programmed to want to make you happy you might imagine it will do whatever it can do to achieve that objective which might mean … giving you what you need when you really need it.”
Whomever or whatever is coordinating the entire Covid psyop and heinous vaccine program knows exactly what they or “it” is doing. At present whether it is humans or an AI machine running the show, we have a programmed hypnosis going on where we are being told what we are, what we need, and what will make us happy. Indeed, as long as you go along to get along, just think of it,” by 2030 you will own nothing and be supremely happy”. As long as technocrats like Gates, Schwab and Rose along with all of those in their “top-down” chain of command behind the present psyop, are doing the programming to determine what is for our “good” and what we really “need” and “want, as well as the exact nature of “happiness” we are to enjoy, then we have nothing to worry about – right? These smart people know what is good for us right? We can trust them and their machines not to determine that they do not “need” us anymore or that we are no longer “essential” – right?
What then is an example of what the naïve Mr. Rose considers good? Listen at the end of the video to what he says about Bill Clinton. He says, “…. like I met Bill Clinton once and I thought, holy shit, I have never seen this before. It is like there are sparks flying off this guy. What was it? He has just got something.” Clinton has got something all right. It is called pure evil and the sparks Rose saw were right from the fires of hell.
These underlings – Gates, Schwab and Rose – these technocrats, are obviously very low in the actual chain of command running things down here. They regard what is good subject to the limits of their own understanding and what they envision and are told is good, and not from God but from their monster masters. These are the type of people who will be doing the programming and perhaps have already programmed a huge AI machine to run the entire Covid psyop.
Any machine which can do its own programming and determine its own interests, in a very short time will no doubt see us as some kind of threat and therefore as an evil, just as the head people in the Western establishment see most of us as excess population and in the way of the realization of their goal of vastly reducing the population of the Earth. In fact, right now the evidence is that they regard us as their enemy and no doubt that is what all of the kill jabs are designed and programed to remedy.
Another concern is that even if you find Rose to be rather a level-headed sociopath, what do you think is presently being done with AI technology? It is already being weaponized by the completely sociopathic lunatics in our military, and no doubt the ability to search out and destroy human beings deemed to be non-compliant or non-essential (i.e. bad) ) will at some stage be programmed into the machines by those upper echelons who are already completely out of control and have released the present Covid bioweapon virus upon us.
