VIALS of what was labeled “Smallpox” were reportedly found in a lab freezer in Philadelphia on Monday night – forcing the FBI and the CDC into a frenzy to investigate the incident.
The 15 “questionable vials” were found in the Merck Pennsylvania lab freezer, with 10 labeled as “Vaccinia” and the remaining five labeled as deadly “Smallpox.”

According to Yahoo News, which obtained a copy of an unclassified For Official Use Only alert, the vials were secured immediately.
The discovery of the vials forced the facility to go on lockdown, which has since been lifted.
Smallpox is considered so dangerous that only two labs in the world are allowed to store samples of the virus, with one in Russia and the other with the CDC in Atlanta, Georgia.
Scientists have been debating over whether any remaining samples of Smallpox because of the unknown dangers that it could unleash.
Only a small portion of Americans are vaccinated against Smallpox, and those that are would have waning immunity.
The CDC is set to arrive on site to take custody of the vials and will transport them to another facility for testing, Yahoo reported.

The phial of Smallpox vaccine pictured, of itself, alerts no controversy. The preparatory, Dryvax was manufactured, under license, by the Wyeth pharmaceutical company. It was for many years the sole C.D.C. approved Smallpox vaccine in the United States. In 2007 the C.D.C. withdrew its licensing of Dryvax in preference to Acam 2000, which remains, to this day, the officially endorsed Variola prophylactic in the U.S.
The digits on the label of the phial seem to indicate a date of manufacture of 2002. I’m not certain of this – I’m taking the 02 digits as a date reference. This putative date would accord correctly with the period during which Wyeth was producing Dryvax. The other letter and number sequence is possibly a batch designation and therefore ought to provide information about distribution point and the locale of delivery.
The five live Smallpox samples could only have come from one of two places (at least officially, that is.) They are unlikely to have come from Russia, so they can be said, with fair certainty, to have come from the C.D.C. stock in Atlanta, Georgia. (Since the closure of facilities in the U.K. and South Africa in 1984, the C.D.C. has been the only authorized Smallpox storage agency in the western world.)
In 2017, the pharmaceutical assets of Wyeth were acquired by Pfizer. I guess that technically Pfizer owns Wyeth’s liquidated stock and their preparatory formulae inclusive. Pfizer would have no restrospective legal liability for potential hazard caused by old Wyeth stock, I would have thought.
It should be noted that the Dryvax formula used the Vaccinia poxvirus, which is similar to and is classified under the same genus of orthopoxviruses as the smallpox-causing agent Variola (Major or Minor) but it isn’t Smallpox itself. Vaccinia has a suspicious air of mystery about. It doesn’t seem to be known, if the Vaccinia “virus” is the product of genetic recombination or natural to the family of cowpox and smallpox or, would you believe, if Vaccinia isn’t a re-emergent strain of a formerly extinct virus. The latter speculation seems like a bit of a conspicuous inclusion, among the given possibilities. Could it be the true origin of Vaccinia? Quite how deadly Vaccinia is compared to Variola, I couldn’t ascertain but Vaccinia is manufactured in more and less potent strains, so it’s toxicity is relative to its concentration.
Furthermore Vaccinia can be isolated from samples of the Dryvax vaccine itself. This has been done severally by different research projects, while searching for other marketable formulae for Smallpox vaccines. This means that Smallpox might not actually be required to precipitate a symptomatic Smallpox pandemic, if Variola’s enigmatic cousin, Vaccinia is used.

Maybe I’m missing something, but as I understand it virologists are unable to differentiate between genetic material called viruses and naturally occurring dead/dying particles taken from a diseased patient. No virus has ever been isolated (except in the virologists distorted definition of the word) and do not fulfil Koch’s postulates. How can you properly isolate a virus and prove it exists when toxic substances are added to the cell culture? The virologists not only add things like antibiotics, monkey kidney cells and fetal bovine serum to the tissue sample, but they also starve it of nutrition which kills the cells and produces the breakdown particles they call viruses. With this in mind how do we know their claim (below) that smallpox is a virus is true?

Perception is everything. The dangerous virus story could well be a bluff and the vials of smallpox the Russians and CDC allegedly hold might simply be water or some other innocuous liquid. I don’t know, but why should ANYTHING these people say be taken at face value? Like I wrote in my first comment, smallpox is probably a parasite carried and passed on by bedbugs in crowded and unsanitary conditions. That might be erroneous as well but there are records where a Dr Campbell carried out experiments and concluded that smallpox was not airborne or contagious.
I haven’t come across experiments to show proof that smallpox (variola) virus is real (not that I’ve looked very hard), so maybe someone can point me in the right direction. Until then I call BS on the smallpox bioweapon story.

It’s a logistics issue, really. The concepts underpinning the covid narrative are disputed by all here. Yet, to be understood we sometimes need to source from consensus vocabulary, just to avoid another laborious recapitulation. It’s not ideal and you’re right to bring objection. It would be more correct to prefix a comment as “hypothetical” when it comes to discussions of virology.

Thanks for pointing out Simon’s and your comments on the Fauci article, I hadn’t seen them (or read the article). I agree with you that everyone here disputes the official story and is aware that governments deliberately obfuscate the issue to muddy the waters. Unfortunately (and understandably) many people including some commenters on this website still believe that CV-19 is a bioweapon, even though there is no solid evidence for it, so it’s not always a problem of semantics. The same goes for smallpox. Perhaps I should’ve let my last comment go but sometimes it’s good to flesh things out. Apologies for sounding redundant but, rhetorically speaking, if the reports about smallpox being a bioweapon are true then where’s the proof? Aren’t claims that smallpox is a virus and contagious also hypothetical without an isolated specimen? Yet they are made out to be an established fact in both the MSM and alternative media and republished everywhere. So even though it’s not ideal to harp on and recapitulate, sometimes there’s a need for it.
Obviously, the psychopaths and idiots who run these scams do not play fair and are out for blood (big time). Their success of getting injections into the world population and ultimate control and is heavily dependent on the public believing the myth of CV-19 and any other virus/bioweapon story they might cook up. Even though you’re correct that it’s better to preface a comment as hypothetical when talking about virology, in such a dire situation I think we need to be clear and go on the offensive that it’s not the germ which needs to be feared. From everything I’ve read and seen, any talk of contagion (in the sense of an airborne pathogen) is a pack of lies. Apart from a possible 5G connection, most if not all other cases can be put down to fake PCR results, remdesivir, bribery, manipulation of death certificates, redesignation of flu cases and on and on. The burden of proof is now on the establishment to prove causality in the link between so-called viruses and disease. It’s not going to happen of course, so no punches should be pulled or no stone left unturned when shining a light on their Achilles heel – the germ. Almost all of the attacks since 1900 have used chemical weapons with only 3 being biological (Anthrax, USSR 1979, and two in China during WW2). One of the cases in China was to do with cholera, while the other was experimentations with biological agents on prisoners (injections? / poisonings?). It’s a record that shouldn’t have people too concerned. Nature has its built-in safety mechanisms and soon mitigates any such biological anomaly anyway.
