Saule Omarova, President Joe Biden’s nominee for the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), called during a March 2021 virtual conference to eliminate all private bank accounts and deposits.
Omarova spoke at the Law and Political Economy (LPE) Project’s “Law & Political Economy: Democracy Beyond Neoliberalism” conference in March.
Omarova discussed one of her papers, “The People’s Ledger How to Democratize Money and Finance the Economy,” which would help “redesign” the financial system and make the economy “more equitable for everyone.”
She said it would change the “private-public power balance” and democratize finance to a more systemic level.
During her explanation of her paper, she said that the Federal Reserve, the nation’s central bank, can only use “indirect levers” to “induce private banks to increase their lending.”
Her paper calls for eliminating all banks and transferring all bank deposits to “FedAccounts” at the Federal Reserve.
During her conference speech, she said, “There will be no more private bank accounts, and all of the deposit accounts will be held directly at the Fed”:

Omarova said her proposal would give the Fed more “proactive” monetary policy tools, such as “helicopter money.” She also pondered how the Federal Reserve could “take money” from Americans during an inflationary environment.

I’ve been attempting a study of finance and economics over the last few years. It is wrought with obfuscation. These obfuscations are of different sorts. Sometimes financial machinary is detailed in such dry legalistic ways that the hope of the drafter is that the reader throws his hand up in the air in exasperration crying :”let the ‘experts’ sort it out while we watch the football”.
Aided by this strategy is the inversion of words. Take the word “equity” for example. One of my favourite words, unfortunately recast in this new orwellian lexicon along with “sustainability”, “diversity”, and the rest. And the word “private” also is worthy of examination.
We have a system of money creation that is “private”. The various actors involved in central banking committees are from the commercial banking sector; rubber stamped by their puppets in the ostensible democratic system we have. The so called indirect levers of the current system have been sufficient to bring us to the situation where we are now. But as individuals our accounts are not sufficiently financial transparent to allow the micromanagement that the promised “social credit” systems would allow for. And the term “social credit” is an inversion of another couple of words that were orignally coined by C H Douglas in 1920s – an individual I believe whose work is worthy of study.

The “(((they)))” you refer to are a fairly intact network whose money power is also used by all of the major Western power brokers in all of their exploits to suppress us according to their NWO designs. The actual pyramid of power behind the deception, fear, brainwashing and oppression clearly now seen in the Covid crimes, is a huge corporatocracy not only made of key oligarchs, and aristocrats, but of at least 4,000 multinational corporation executives and major owners, all of whom are locked into the power structure which selects and directs our governments and all of totalitarian powers being imposed on us.

To these ends the biggest wealth transfer in history started to take place just before their pretext pandemic in 2020, and the select corporations have been the major recipients of the government fiat made out of nothing, but which is depleting the value of our own holdings and pensions while a record number of business deemed non-essential have been deliberately and totally destroyed. The concentration of power and wealth is clearly going upward to the Few and not downward towards any real incentives and opportunities for the ordinary people. Anyone who says this is not the case and is not planned is simply part of the problem. Agenda 21and 2032 are no-growth, decreased-opportunity totalitarian plans made up of dire and totally unnecessary restrictions and oppressions.
