You are very correct in your numbers, CO2 is 3.618% of the warming gases, the biggest is H2O (water vapor) which is 95%. Human caused CO2 warming is 0.117%, so small that when rounded to the nearest integer is zero.
If CO2 is a trace gas, and humans are adding a small amount, then the idea that a trace gas is controlling the climate is just a wild unproved assertion. Obviously the Sun and orbital mechanics are controlling temperature on earth, not a trace gas.
Human caused CO2 is so small that it can not be even measured. This is not some wild claim of mine, it is what the scientists who measure say. This hobgoblin CO2 is not some existential threat, and in fact, as CO2 goes up plants grow better.

1. Sea levels rose nearly 400 feet when the ice age ended 18,000 years ago. The ice sheets had sequestered so much water ocean levels had dropped 400 feet compared to now in an interglacial. Canada was under 1-2 miles of ice. Try to visualize that!

Obama has two properties at sea level, he said in several speeches ‘climate change is a fact’. Obviously he would not buy property at sea level if rising seas were a real threat.
Manhattan is some of the most expensive real estate on the planet, if sea levels were a real threat that property would be discounted, but it is near record highs.

Is rising CO2 a threat?
No. Rising CO2 is good and makes plants grow.
Current CO2 levels are still near ice age lows, the last ice age cycle CO2 levels got so low trees stopped growing and some think the Pleistocene megafauna dieoff was from low CO2.
During the ice age, CO2 is so low, below 200 ppm that farming is impossible.

Is the earth warming? No. The earth is cooling since the Holocene Optimum, about 8,000 years ago. Since then temperatures have been steadily falling. See chart:

A break below the previous mini-ice age low would spell doom for the current civilization.
Back in the Minoan Age and the Greco-Roman age it was warmer than today, so warm humans ran around naked.
The current obsession with clothes is caused by cooling.

Tom, from what I saw locally with the Sierra club officers, in the nineties when Gore’s doublespeak (“Uncomfortable Truth”) hit the hive mind, the environmental misleadership all capitulated on stopping endocrine disruption type issues and switched to serving as whore mercenaries fighting a strawman called CO2. Terror came from above! Lennon tried to tell people, nah, above us is only sky.
The public’s new green crap operated by Kurzweilians will run for a moment and break with nobody and nothing to fix them.
And that will be the end of Al Gore, Gates, and Greta thank God. The trouble is markets can stay irrational longer than most of us can remain solvent.
