Amidst a major staffing crisis within Washington State Patrol after the mandate firings and overall morale of the profession, Chief John Batiste reassigned their psychologist of 27 years for allegedly not passing enough “minorities” during psychological evaluations.
Daniel Clark, Washington State Patrol’s staff psychologist of 27 years, was reassigned from his position to screen new recruits after the Seattle Times published data which showed that non-whites are failing more psychological screenings than whites.
According to Seattle Times and Northwest News Network, 20 percent of white candidates were rejected over the past four year compared to 33 percent of black candidates, 35 percent of hispanic candidates, and 41 percent of asian candidates.
Clark’s staff reassignment comes as Democratic Governor Jay Inslee continues to pressure law enforcement agencies to focus on diversifying the force despite the current existential staffing crisis. Not to mention, the majority of law enforcement agencies in the state of Washington are already reformed “progressive” agencies.
“I treat everybody as an individual and make my recommendations based on an individual assessment,” Clark told Seattle Times. “Psychologically, I don’t believe that there is bias.”
Clark explained to Seattle Times that he doesn’t discriminate with the tests and that the tests he administers are national written tests.
A private contractor called Public Safety Psychological Services (PSPS) took over Clark’s position on Monday and signed a contract with Washington State Patrol that will expire in June 2022. PSPS conducts preemployment screenings for law enforcement officers, firefighters and EMS personnel.
Democratic Rep. Bill Ramos said that after he and other state lawmakers read the Seattle Times article they presented the data to Governor Inslee who then had a meeting with Chief Batiste to the findings.
“It’s been the work we’ve been doing for a number of years, but this finally just put it out on the table for everybody to see,” state Democratic Rep. Bill Ramos said. “We basically went in and said, ‘Here, look, have you read this article? Are you aware of what’s happening?'”
Futhermore, Washington State Patrol is set to hire an outside auditor to complete an evaluation of WSP’s screening process for new recruits which will last an estimated six months.
“psychologists” are medical con men, just like all the rest. Do you really believe that this person with his “degree” is able to judge anyone’s fitness for a job any better than you can? It’s all more of the same BS from the same slime.

What’s so incredibly ironic is that the USA (and the rest of the white world) is facing the most BLATANT racism every foisted upon man. The concept of white privilege doesn’t exist. However, black and more so JEWISH privilege is extreme. More so, white privilege, within their OWN CIVILIZATION shouldn’t just be rampant, but accepted by ANY non white, coming into the west. This is a white civilization. Our ancestors fought and died creating it. Ergo whites have every right to HAVE privilege. But no, courtesy of the jew, the only place, in this world, where nations can’t have privilege over those not of their people is in the west. In every other place on this earth, the indigenous is granted preference always and no one thinks anything of it. It just proves the stupidity, ignorance and apathy of white people, too scared to offend others, when offense is nothing and not a crime as they may believe it to be.
Interestingly enough I did a search for Lauryn Hill’s epic racist rant, trying to destroy the concept of ‘reverse’ racism, stating it doesn’t exist. It’s what always amazes me, but blacks always stay in the western nations they so decry, screaming racism and white supremacy at every turn. They’ve learned well from their jewish teachers, to shout at others precisely what they themselves are.
The sad reality about black people is, they stay in our nations, because they’re far better than their own. They know their ancestors sold them, which must be hard to bear. They are also insanely jealous of whites, in every way, shape and form. They can’t come close to our civilizational heights. From Science, to Technology, to Engineering to Maths, literature, architectire, arts, philosophy…the list goes on and on. It must be awful living in a society, you know yourself that your race has contributed nothing to, other than being the monkey to the jew organ grinder. And now, interestingly enough, they couldn’t manage to pass any repatriation bill, so now they just let blacks steal up to the amount of $1,000 from any store and won’t arrest them.
Their is racism in this world and it’s NOT white to all but all to white. And this, in turn will eventually lead to a kickback (as TPTB have planned) when eventually whites say, enough is enough. It will happen, I don’t know when, but it will happen.
This guy is not up to the job. It’s obvious. All white candidates should be refused. Any white person applying for this job is psychologically impaired.

To White Elephant–“the concept of White Privilege does not exist”, but you mean the thing itself does not exist, while the concept certainly does and is used in the universities and Corporations. What do you have against matching your words to your thoughts?
I have taken those standardized psychological exams and the only thing difficult about them is the shear monotony of them. One has to suffer through hundreds of questions, but many of the questions ask the same thing just sometimes slightly rephrased. They’re looking to get a basic gauge of one’s moral compass and for consistency in thinking in that respect. Only an imbecile or a bad liar could fail those tests.
That being said, I get why there’s a much higher failure rate for blacks and hispanics since many of them are intellectually inferior and have warped values, but I am stunned to see the high failure rate for asians. It makes me think it’s actually a regional issue with the rampant leftist derangement so prevalent in the west coast states of the Jewnited States having completely unsurprisingly, subverted and twisted even basic moral thought to where a lot of people can’t even pass a very basic screening.
