I think it’s time to admit that most if the poisoned ones are now fully aware of what’s going on and just don’t care. And until they catch something strong enough to overwhelm their damaged/destroyed immune system they’ll carry right on not caring. In fact, it’s safe to say no one cares about anyone else at all – otherwise where’s the public outcry over the murdered and disabled? It’s just an extension of not caring about the homeless and abused, which is the result of living in an utterly selfish society.

An old point–a lot of people are half-suicidal because their Race and nation has been defamed all their lives. They are not motivated to be free or dominant or even alive to a great extent. The defamation is the first phase of the murder.
