The Navy said Thursday it is ready to dole out discharges — either honorable or general — to sailors who do not take one of the COVID-19 vaccines by a mandatory Nov. 28 deadline.
Sailors who refuse the shot can be reassigned while their cases are heard, and will not be promoted or given any other orders — even if they have a pending exemption application, according to new administrative guidance sent to the fleet.
Senior officers were ordered to be inoculated immediately, and will be given five days to comply once notified by a superior or face detachment for cause proceedings. If separated, they won’t be eligible for involuntary separation pay and can have any unearned special or incentive pays recouped.
“An unvaccinated senior leader without a pending or approved exemption calls into question the Navy’s trust and confidence regarding their ability to ensure unit readiness or to maintain good order and discipline,” the memo said.
The military services set deadlines for vaccination and have been warning for weeks that refusing the vaccine could carry penalties after Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin made it mandatory on Aug. 25. The Navy has now made it explicit that sailors will be booted for refusal.
The Navy said Thursday that 144 of the 164 deaths in the department, or 87% of the death toll, were unvaccinated victims. The vaccination status of the remaining 20 is unknown, it said. The statistics include civilian personnel.
Overall, 67 troops from all the services have died from COVID, according to Defense Department statistics.
Any cases of sailors refusing the vaccine will be handled by the COVID Consolidated Disposition Authority, a panel created for that purpose and chaired by Vice Adm. John Nowell, the chief of naval personnel.
The panel could seek to recoup bonuses, special and incentive pay, and the cost of training and education.
About 98% of sailors have at least started the inoculation process, according to the service. They must complete either a two-shot vaccination or a single-shot vaccination by Nov. 14 to make the service’s deadline because a two-week waiting period is required for full immunity.
Nearly 7,000 sailors still need to take the vaccine, according to the Navy figures.
Troops in the other service branches are also under the gun. The Air Force faces the closest deadline for inoculation on Nov. 2. About 91% of active-duty airmen have been at least partially vaccinated, according to the service’s latest data on Oct. 12.
The Navy and Marine Corps deadline for active-duty troops is Nov. 28, and the Army deadline is Dec. 15.

The numbers must be more US government BS, like all of their numbers. Only 57% of Americans are fully vaccinated. But why the pressures and so many lies, lies, and more lies? The vaccines are not effective for Covid and really have some other purpose. The governments are not disclosing either the actual risks nor even what they are really for. If it is for bio ID tagging and total centralized control of one’s life that is reason enough for anyone to resist and say NO.
We neither have a right to know what is actually in the jabs prepared for us, nor what they are really for. The people who believe they are stopping Covid are all media brainwashed, and I would say even totally “hypnotized”, every single one of them. There is not one fact or argument they will consider. It is the ugliest and most ignorant “group think” I have ever seen in my long years.
What their overseers and now saying to the rest of us is that the do not care about the facts, the risks, or the reasons. What could be more reasonable to refuse drugs you are told by our governments are “untested” while they hide the harmful effects and deaths? What could be more reasonable and sane than looking at the evidence which clearly shows that the vaccines make no difference to Covid death numbers or hospitalizations, and clearly has done nothing to slow or stop the spread of a virus, which only was really dangerous to a very small and vulnerable segment of the population which is now safe with the various effective treatment protocols. Why would anyone actually awake and free of the media drugging even consider getting vaccinated? Those who are not getting vaccinated know that it is insane to do so, but they feel that with the pressures on them, and to hold their jobs they have no choice. However, they do have a choice which is to ride out the storm instead of going under. Submitting now they will in any case be marked as one of the non-compliant and they will still have no idea of what they are being given for a vaccine, because according to our governments, all of which have betrayed us, they have no right to know.
The overseer apparatus of media hypnotism and government coercion is for total compliance, and the vaccines both psychologically and physically are for that end. Nothing could be more clear. We saw the same thing after Trump was elected with the media brainwashed group think everywhere you went. Facts and reason with respect to any issue were totally dead. It was a hive mentality. Those plugged into the mainstream media were told over and over again that he was the enemy and anything he did or said had to be hated, and any bee that did not buzz in on the same frequency would be quickly stung multiple times and ejected from the hive.
It is also a distinct possibility that with the evidence of damage to people’s immune systems from the vaccines that there are now a lot of saline injections being administered, but if not, then what we are witnessing is total insanity. There is also the clear implication that if a large number of people remain unvaccinated that they could later be a “control” group for this experimentation, and used to expose the errors of the overseers – if and when there is a huge spike in autoimmune disorders, heart problems, and/or cancers.
