Monica Smit
George Christensen MP – via Telegram Sept 1, 2021
Anti-lockdown campaigner Monica Smit is currently a political prisoner in the People’s Republic of DanAndrewstan, otherwise known as Victoria, Australia.
Earlier today, I spoke with both Ms Smit’s partner and also her lawyer who informed me of this news.
She has been charged with a claim of “incitement” and allegedly breaching the CHO directives for posting remarks online in that were in opposition to the Victorian Labor Government’s lockdown regime.
In order to secure bail, the authorities demanded that she not only shut down her political organisation Reignite Democracy Australia and all of its associated websites and social media accounts but they also demanded that she not continue to “incite” opposition to the Victorian Labor Government’s lockdown regime which would likely mean she is not able to express her opposition to the Andrews’ lockdown regime publicly.
It should be noted that Reignite Democracy Australia has an application before the electoral commission to become a political party.
So to be clear, Ms Smit will only be allowed out of jail if she shuts down a fledgling political party and that fledgling political party’s means of communications, and if she refrains from any discussion around the political issue of lockdowns in Victoria.
Ms Smit’s imprisonment and her bail conditions are a clear breach of the implied constitutional freedom of political communication.
And just as this freedom is being undermined in Victoria, so too is the public trust and respect for the police when VicPol is arresting and prosecuting political campaigners like Ms Smit.
I call on Ms Smit to be released from jail without these outrageous limitations on her political rights and for the police to withdraw the politically-motivated charges against her and to refrain from further political arrests and prosecutions.

This is why I get irritated by people who say use the law, sue, quote Article such-and-such. We’re dealing with people who ignore the law and for who the law means nothing until they take power and then their own courts become brutal oppressors. And non-violent resistance they’ll just laugh at. Violent overthrow more violent than their own is the only thing that can force them out. Softer than that and we’re finished.
!222XXX outrageous…..with less subterfuge than in the Assange case.
There’s less subterfuge because there doesn’t have to be…..because of the naivety of the public where as in Europe the various countries have experienced oppression at one time or the other…….The public know what happens if governments are left to their own devices.
The French who the British tabloids like to characterize as cowardly take action, while the brave patriotic English do nothing….which explains why their wages are the lowest in Western Europe and further undermined by elite driven mass alien immigration…..
So Australians beware….they had better start roughing up politicians because it sure won’t help to focus on the police…..the instruments of the elite and the elites attacks on hard won civil rights.
O yes. We have Premiers of ALL the states of Australia that would make Joe Stalin look like a freedom fighter.
when the government breaks the law of the people
its the peoples duty to expose it and rebel
pleasse support this lovely woman
the whole world is under admiralty law !
and that means VIOLENCE !
and this is what everyone has to respond
to the PTB with VIOLENCE + INSIDIOUSNES
they are administering in their conspirationist
closed chambers .
Unfortunately, the people of Australia have been stripped of any means to fight back against a tyrannical government, save for bows & arrows, rocks, caveman stuff. Having an armed citizenry may have limited this oppression. We’ll never know. Now, the citizenry have 2 choices. Accept / Decline. To accept means you endorse this oppression. To decline doesn’t necessarily mean outright civil war, but a progressive campaign of non stop civil disobedience. If more than 100,000 decline at the same time, there is no way to control this.
Ironic really. For decades, Australians elected leftist governments as part of the anti-authority, Crocodile Dundee mentality. They sowed the wind, now they are reaping the whirlwind – full-on Communism.
I lack the indegenous voice!
What did you expect to happen? The white Aussies fought on the side of Jewish Capital-Communism in WWII, & against the profit of their own race (Nazism).
Fight, fight, fight!

What you just said is an understatement that applies to the whole present world, not just Australia. All the so-called once free world has laid aside the rights declared by their various supreme laws of their lands in all countries, invoking medical martial law. It doesn’t make a difference whether it is the Philippines, France, United Kingdom, Canada, and ad nauseum.
The other day, someone posted for amusement a graphic using a photo of the Taliban in the Afghan oval office with caption, “If you don’t like our leadership, you are welcome to move to Melbourne.” In jest, it seems that overall, the Afghan people now enjoy more freedom.
Which makes me wonder, what is next? Blue helmeted Chinese UN peacekeepers to invade, oops! “assist”, soon?
Well, I live in Melbourne & IMHO our Dear Beloved Leader Dan is just a notch below Pol Pot & I can believe that he would like & may imitate Pol Pot …
Was joking with my friends about asking refugee status in North Korea, they answered that they had the same idea ?
Unfortunately, when your Government starts to act like Thugs, we then know that the only language they understand is Thuggery. Sad situation for everyone.
Where’s Ned Kelley when you need him?
