I wouldn’t want to denigrate anyone’s genuinely held beliefs because we all have to make our own choices, and religion does at least impart a moral code, but none can deny that what we know as Nature is the direct work of God the Creator, so to understand how we’re supposed to live, all we need, apart from our consciences, is to study and respect Nature.

Capturing the leadership of anything is very useful but it doesn’t automatically follow that they’ve won. If it did it’s likely there would never have been a war in our history. With no resistance there wouldn’t need to have been.
