In Canada, we experience the flu every spring and fall and this is normally followed by creating a vaccine to conquer its effects. The problem arises that no one knows which variant of the flu will be present and therefore a hit or miss situation arises.
Most often than not the vaccines made do not meet the variant that arises.
As a senior citizen, I do not take the flu shot. Instead, I protect my health by taking Vit.D-3 in the amount of 5,000 units anytime I sense that the flu is trying to get me. The result is that I haven’t had a cold nor flu for the past 10 years. I recommend that all of us do the same.
