Employers are beginning to tack on a special surcharge of $20 to $50 a month to their unvaccinated workers, according to one of the nation’s largest health benefits consultancies.
To date, employers have offered gift cards, a day off from work, cash and other financial incentives to convince their workers to get vaccinated against Covid-19.
But the carrot approach is about to be joined by a stick that could cost employees up to $50 a month, according to Mercer, the large employee benefits consultancy that works with thousands of employers around the world.
“Employers have tried encouraging employees to get vaccinated through offering incentives like paid time off and cash, but with the Delta variant driving up infections and hospitalizations throughout the country – at the same time that vaccination rates have stalled – we have received inquiries from at least 20 employers over the past few weeks who are giving consideration to adding health coverage surcharges for the unvaccinated as a way to drive up vaccination rates in their workforce,” said Wade Symons, Mercer’s regulatory resources group leader.
In other words, a fine which the employer will keep for themselves.

Most “Employers ” are going to be just as fecked as the employees. Most of them will be out of work because they just do not get it. Deliberate economic slowdowns mean less of everything for more and more people. If there is less money velocity that is a sign of less activity but economic activity does not depend on just printing more money. Less economic activity may mean more time to do nothing, but it also means less production and less prosperity and what will accelerate the whole thing to privation is the printing of more fiat where everything goes up in price and where wages simply cannot go up at the same rate. Likely we will see rapid economic decline and more useless eaters and hungry workers standing around doing nothing, not able to buy enough of the goods and services otherwise available. We are now looking at a full scale depression – all because of the megalomaniac idiots who have debt-rigged us and live in their wet dream of a New World Order.
The naïve employers are living in a dream world as well, blinding obeying the “top down” Covid government diktats thinking that their industry or commercial bank will be spared with the new economic resets which they have accepted as “necessary” through the brainwashing of fake perils and pressures imposed on them from above. The “plan” since the 1970’s has been to put the West in debt using vast trade imbalances in order to achieve a global economic imbalance requiring not just a global currency but also and more importantly – a universal leveling of wealth and income for the working masses around the world. Notice that the plan is reliant on huge technocratic impositions over the the indebted West in order to allegedly enable the global working class to compete and participate in this New Order, provided that they and their jobs are deemed “essential”, and providing they are all willing to work as slaves. Notice also that none of resets will affect the rich or any of their holdings. The MBA managerial efficiency experts of course love it and likely can’t wait to put on their swastika or hammer and sickle arm bands, just before the next NWO dictatorship announcement from Satan Klaus in the ensuing months: “You who are deemed essential will obey. You will work like shit and own nothing, and we will be immensely happy.”
The average Joe is pleased with the prospect of doing nothing and getting the dole from the government.
Little does he realize that very soon when he goes to the supermarket, he’ll be greeted by a few packs of flour, a few cartons of milk, and… …that’s it. Because millions of other Joes are likewise sitting at home and not manufacturing or otherwise producing anything. The money may still be there, in some shape or form, but the goods won’t be. Simple as that. Btw this is how I grew up in Eastern Europe in the 1970s, so I speak from experience.

here in germany until 2000 we had in every big city
10-20 factories producing all kind of stuff to sell on
