Berliners march in protest against the lockdown last weekend
DW – Aug 1, 2021
Berlin authorities have banned more than tens of thousands of anti-lockdown protesters demonstrating this weekend.
Judges at the German capital’s administrative court refused to authorize 13 demonstrations, some of which had been organized by the Querdenker (Lateral thinker) anti-lockdown movement.
The ban was upheld by the Berlin-Brandeburg upper administrative court.
Organizers said 22,500 people had registered to take part in one of the rallies.
Court officials said the protests were banned amid fears of a rise in coronavirus infections sparked by the delta variant.
A separate march planned for Sunday has also been forbidden.
The “For Peace, Freedom, Truth” rally had been expected to draw 3,500 people.
Several of the demonstrations had been organized in support of Berlin’s nightclubs.
Why were the demos banned?
The court said the risk to public health was too high.
The upper court said the Querdenker movement was characterized throughout Germany “by the fact that the participants used them to violate legal norms created to contain the risk of infection in a way that attracted public attention, in particular by disregarding the social distance requirement and the mask requirement.”
Berlin police fear that many of them will still decide to travel to the German capital.
The bans affect all protests “whose participants regularly do not follow legal regulations, specifically to protect against infections,” said police spokesman Thilo Cablitz.
He cited the refusal by demonstrators to wear a mask.
What is the ‘Querdenker’?
The Querdenker, or lateral thinker group is Germany’s main anti-lockdown movement.
It has been monitored by the country’s intelligence agencies amid fears of its links to far-right and extremist groups.
The group has helped spread conspiracy theories about the pandemic and vaccination efforts.
They claim that COVID-19 and the federal and regional laws aimed at halting the spread of the virus, infringe on citizens’ liberties.
Critics, including the far-right Alternative for Germany party, say the ban is hypocritical because authorities allowed a march of 35,000 people to take place last weekend.

Who was it that said, “When peaceful revolution becomes impossible, violent revolution becomes inevitable”?
In saying that l have yet to learn of a genuine peaceful revolution.
You take the German out of fascism, but you can’t take fascism out of the German.
I believe violence should not be a first resort, and even when used should be conscious with a specific purpose.
We we have now is uniformed entities still within their dream state enforcing evil. There is a line in the sand involving personal freedom that cannot be crossed.
Police forces around the world have to decide whether to stand with the people or with the proxy governments of Big Pharma. It’s time for them and lower ranks of the military to organise and rebel or be torn limb from limb by the people.
courts are ruled by freemason mafia,
servants of the jew master race !
“Far-right and extremist”, meaning that the extermination of White people, e.g. Germans, does not look like a great idea to them.
Marches achieve nothing anyway. All that happens is all the participants are filmed and then run through facial recognition software so that their police profile can be tagged as “troublemaker”. You’ll notice that the organisers of marches never take part in the marches – because they’ve got what they wanted by giving their speech – sold a few books, advertised their unsocial media site, etc.
@tony o,neil, i,m sure you know the answer, this quote made famous by JFK
“Marches achieve nothing anyway.”
No, that’s not right.
Firstly let’s untangle ordinary marchers from the talking heads…(Incidentally I stopped listening to a popular and otherwise interesting talking head because I believe he was just jealous of not being asked to speak himself.) Yes, I would not be surprised if some organising are intelligence, BUT they are not the collective will, just the people who can materialise big TV screens in Trafalgar Square.
These demos give people a chance to network. They also give hope to other people – including around the world – who realise they’re not alone with their opinions…
Where would we be without these protests in terms of gauging disapproval of government ? It also gives the chance for he police to be repressive and so bring them up against their inner consciences…
If there’s no point in marching, there’s no point in commenting here. Go and take out some of the criminals directly yourself or let’s hear no more . Yes, they know who we are whether we march or comment on behind aliases.
I emailed someone who wouldn’t come on a march because his wife wouldn’t let him and the police “have big sticks” : “she’s more interested in holidays”, he said, yet he emails me a load of big talk crap. My mate’s 11 year old daughter and two blind marchers who walked around with us could have protected him…
@ Simon Smith. Totally agree. The ‘real world’ networking aspect is especially important, creating a base for the underground resistance when the boot really comes down. Your statement at the end ridiculing the ‘all mouth and no trousers’ keyboard warriors is a good strategy: Put up or shut up!
ALL FREEMASON SERVANTS OF THE JEWS
have to be taken out by gun. that only helps !
@pointless, simon smith very good reply. In the initiall days/weeks of a protest marchs are an ideal guage of potential manpower. Through these marchs/protests we now know there are, literally, millions of people world wide willing to get off there backsides and do something. Possibly 0.5% will be willing to fight for freedom. We have an army and the bastards know it! The marchs/protests have forced the scum to make even more repressive measures, ergo banning marchs and protests, forcing more people of the fence. We’ve got the slimballs on the run and personally I can’t wait for the hangings to commence. As the great David Lane once said “Once the (old) left and right unite there will be no stopping the peoples fight for freedom”. Hail Victory
If the courts are going to impose orders to stop the protests they will be doing so as instruments of the corrupt German government and all they will prove is that they are not in any respect independent or subject to the best interests of the people, or their basic rights, or at all independent. The courts will say that the protestors are in contempt of court and the people will say that their government and the courts are in contempt of the people. What will follow is violence and more oppression, and one more step to where the German people say “GENUG!” and rise up and take back control of their nation.
Too little too late.
The Cat is out of the bag.
The Canadian Court decision has gone viral, although not one word from the MSM:

Since this happened, similar FOI requests have been made in Vermont and Australia, with their
Governments having to admit no evidence of the Covid virus.
“Judges at the German capital’s administrative court refused to authorize 13 demonstrations…The ban was upheld by the Berlin-Brandeburg upper administrative court.”
First of all, citizens don’t need “authorization” to demonstrate and protest against overt totalitarianism. The corrupt criminal judges in both those courts need to be dragged out of their courtrooms by their ankles, stripped naked and horse-whipped on the steps of the courthouses, rolled in pig excrement and salt, then nailed to trees and left to contemplate their decision to side with this massive crime against humanity. Deserving the same treatment are the sacks of demonic rat vomit like Merkel, Macron, Johnstein, Walensky, Biden, Harris, Fauci, Pelosi, Gates, and so on and so on….
Revolution Now!
Watch them actually comply! (lol)
Duhhh,,, da judge ses we can’t protest.
