This case could well be the template for all court challenges by people who have been charged, fined and incarcerated in the Commonwealth.
It seems that that the kink in the COVID machine’s armour has been exposed. Let’s hope future court actions will crack it wide open.

At least a (apparently binding) legal precedent has been set. This begs to go viral so folks worldwide may begin to follow suit.
Lest we get carried away, “All restrictions have been lifted…” is incorrect and misleading. My understanding is that the only PROVEN result is that Mr King’s $1200 fine has been annulled. It’s left to be seen whether or not this momentous decision can really go the distance, given the formidable forces arrayed against us all. Lest we forget, similar “court decisions” were summarily dismissed by more than one US Governor.

This is great. Patrick King is my new Canuck hero, well done!! By the way, when he says the Queen tried to sue him, this simply means the case has gone federal. Or at least they tried the bigger guns and failed miserably. Sued by the Queen is leftover colonial speak in lawyer terms. Australians and New Zealanders are familiar with this.

the court has accepted that fraud has been proven, summons should now be issued to everyone
involved in this global genocide, charges of treason and genocide laid against all these murdering
evil POS , this is a major win for the people against the tyrants, with this breakthrough we must

Vivamus, the restrictions are being lifted in Alberta gradually. You are right that they have not been lifted completely yet. But the provincial government has announced just that. We need a week or two to see whether the lift happens or not.

I just completed yesterday watching both recent interviews of Dr. David E. Martin. I read the “Fauci Dossier” today. For those who missed these remarkably encouraging developments, or delayed responding to notices of their availability, here are several links that you can use to come up to speed on that front.
The patent research and content investigation, including WHO applied WHEN for a SARS-CoV related patent — 1,500 to date, dating back to the 1990s! — and WHO made money in the process, confirm the thesis of NO “novel virus”, which should please both Peter King and Jon Rappoport to no end, and show clearly WHY the mRNA concoctions are NOT vaccines by any standard or accepted definition.
