I’m still not taking their poison and nor will many others. No doubt this prison is being built with private investment (the government could do that and get it cheaper but then the privateer middlemen would make no money); so if this place becomes a Covid camp we need to target the privateers who “own” them, the government ministers who pass the laws the privateers write, and the civil and public service bureaucrats who actually run the place. Make it violent, make it personal and make it count. We are at war.

It was revealed years ago that the EU intended that Britain is to be used as an offshore dumping ground.
Nuclear and other toxic waste is already shipped to Britain for processing.
Britain was also to be used as a massive offshore prison camp for those the EU consider to be enemies of the state.

I was confused by this presentation. Hayling Island is east of Portsmouth in the county of Hampshire and I made the presumption that the prison is being built there.
H.M.P. Wellingborough was closed down in 2012. The new prison compound is in the town of Wellingborough in Northamptonshire but will be named “Five Wells.”
The company contracted by the Ministry of Justice to design and construct the prison is called the Kier Group, about which, I as yet, know very little about. Among the services they offer, listed at their website, is “facilities management” which is described as “providing maintenance and compliance services for public sector clients.” The Kier Group is present within the N.H.S and police stations nationwide and is likely to be awarded the private security contract to supply guards at the prison.. The £253 million contract to design and construct Five Wells seems to have come at the right time for a company in great financial difficulty throughout 2018 to 2021. Stinks of government croneyism and favouritism in pursuit of kickbacks.

Re: Hayling Island – great sandy beaches, far better than the shingle beaches of Southsea and Eastney, which is why most of Portsmouth goes there on a sunny weekend.
I can also recommend The Ship Inn just on the Havant side of North Hayling Island; good food and great ambience.
