Four missiles fired by Israeli warplanes in Syria’s Homs province early on Thursday were shot down by the Syrian army using Russian-made “Buk” air defence systems, RT has reported. According to the report, two Israeli F-16 jets fired the guided missiles from Lebanese airspace.
This follows the shooting down of seven out of eight missiles launched by Israeli warplanes during a raid that targeted the Syrian province of Aleppo on Tuesday (see link below). The UK-based Syrian Observatory for Human Rights (SOHR) said that its monitors on the ground in Syria reported that the Israeli strikes targeted weapons depots that belong to an Iranian-backed militia operating in Aleppo.
Russia has been involved in Syria since 2015 by supporting President Bashar Al-Assad’s regime militarily and diplomatically. The civil war erupted in 2011 after the regime used violence in response to peaceful protests for political change.
The latest estimate of the total number of people killed in Syria since 2011, said the SOHR, varies between just under half a million and 606,000. Millions more have been displaced.

For four years these peaceful protestors almost defeated the might of the Syrian government and army; that was until Russia stepped in at the request of the Syrian president.

What a mess NATO has left Syria in, but the desired result Israel wanted has not been accomplished.
Article states since the start of this Orwell conflict: “Millions more have been displaced.” Yeah, displaced to Europe & North America…Stage Orwell wars/conflicts in Africa, Asia, Latin America, where both sides are directed/armed by the same cabal of Jewish Overlords, thus providing the pretext to transport more mongrels & apes into ‘white nations’…The Christianized white cretins feel empathy or responsibility for the ‘refugees’ & welcome them into their communities. Might be a very easy thing to say but would the Lebanese Governemt really mind if the Syrians/Russian missiles targeted the Israeli aircraft over Lebanese airspace. Don’t think the Lenaese have any love for Israel?
Another blatant propaganda article. The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights oft quoted by the BBC, is one man living in a council house in the North of England. The characterisation of the Syrian regime is clearly the western narrative used since the start of the Syrian war. A war created purely to overthrow Assad, and to turn Syria into a western puppet regime.
there was no civil war in syria , Assad would not allow a Qatari pipeline through

The above article reveals its bias using the word “regime” for the Assad government. It is not a civil war but an invasion by Israel and U. S. using alien mercenaries to overthrow Assad who is most popular to real real Syrians.

Why do they let any missiles or aircraft into their airspace.
If I was in control, I would strike back at the airfield where the IDF jets came from, Russia has satellites tracking the aircraft from takeoff.
Flatten the IDF airfield with a nuke, problem solved.
