It’s official. The NFL has gone homo.
Its latest commercial has come out and said “FOOTBALL IS GAY. IT’S LESBIAN. IT’S FOR EVERYONE.”
It’s nothing I’m exaggerating or making up. They’re boldly bragging about it.
I can’t say I’m surprised. After watching the NFL, and every other professional sports league, embrace Communism, rioting and looting last summer, watching it go full homo only seems natural.
It is best seen as humiliation, like when they took an American sporting hero Jenner and put him in a dress and a female persona. Hollywood actors all get put through it so they don’t get any big ideas about being strong/masculine around the Jew, who owns actors and sportsmen. In fact, let’s call the sportsmen actors. The game, after all, has no importance, but they have to ACT like it does.
When I was growing up the word gay meant happy.
I don’t know if they showed the very popular animation television show the Flintstones in the United Kingdom; the show had a very popular theme song, kids used to sing all or part of it just for fun.

Years ago, leaders of the homosexual community, with a brilliant public relations strategy, purloined the word gay and turned it into a synonym for homosexual and denounced the use of the word homosexual. They had a great victory.
These days, if you look at the popular online Meriam-Webster dictionary the first definition of the word gay focuses on homosexuality and happily excited serves as the second definition.
Now NFL chief marketing officer Tim Ellis stated “This spot is about celebrating Pride, and the importance of inclusion”.
Leaders of the homosexual community have now purloined the word pride.
Currently, Meriam-Webster dictionary defines pride as the quality or state of being proud, nothing about homosexuality. I wonder how long before the #1 definition of the word pride changes at Meriam-Webster to satisfy the brazen LGBTQ crowd. Is the word proud now associated with homosexuality? I don’t know.
Polygamists may hire a public relations firm to change the public attitude of polygamy. They’ll announce on CNN the word happy is now the new word for polygamist. Nobody can use the word polygamist, it’s rude.
Due to curiosity I did a Google Incognito search for the word pride, the first three positions in search results focused on LGBT.
The media used to tell us to tolerate homosexuality now they tell us to celebrate it. From a spirituality perspective, I’m not sure we should celebrate homosexuality.

“Gay” has had three meanings and the NFL is playing with the two most recent–“homosexual” and “lame”, with the message that homosexuality is not lame but strong like sport. Yes, “gay” meant/means “happy, blithe, cheerful” and it also was/is a name. I’m a ‘50s baby. I had twin female cousins whose names were Georgia and Gay. I’ve been detached from my relatives for 50 years. Sometimes I wonder about those twins, especially Gay, and wonder how she handled life with a name like that. Sigh! ?
