The spring and the fall are the seasons when the flu/colds/etc are more prevalent. The reason for this is that people need vitamin D which is produced by being out in the sun. Those that spend more time inside need to take 5 to 10 thousand units of Vit. D-3.
I take this vitamin anytime I feel a cold/flu coming on and I haven’t had a cold nor flu in over 10 years. Yes, you read that right. Over 10 years.

Of course the threat from the Delta variant is negligible. It doesn’t exist, along with covid, well that is in the form of a virus that’s transmitted between people! Covid, is the result of breathing in graphene oxide, from wearing masks and taking the stupid jab.
Any supposed truther/awoken scientist/medical professional promoting this nonsense, is most certainly not stupid and therefore leaves only one other possibility which is controlled opposition.
